Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant!!! Manager, Trevor is extremely rude, unprofessional and unsanitary. I was at the drive thru, I saw a gentleman in the dining area assisting customers inside. He kept scratching his head (long hair) he then scratched his butt (reaching in his back pocket and scratching) & kept assisting w/ giving a customers their change. He then took keys out of his pockets to give them to someone & then went straight for the fries to help pack them. I watched him pack up a kids meal as well. The entire time he kept making fun of the Spanish workers imitating them speaking Spanish. I then asked for the manager & found out it was this "gentleman", Trevor. When I asked him why he wouldn't wash his hands before grabbing the food, he then laughed & told me to call the # on the receipt if I wanted to complain. He then slammed the window on me. This isn't the first time I've seen the him touch cash & turn to the food w/o washing (i also complained back in April when I found a wad of hair in my chicken sandwich). So foul!! I grew up coming to this jack in the box and it's been good, consistently, my whole life. I recently went there after having moved away from the area for a few years and was kind of put off by the employees here. You know when you go through the drive thru somewhere and either you get pissed because someone is blasting their car stereo or you are courteous and turn down your stereo? Well this time I heard loud rap music but it was coming from the drive thru speaker. The people in the kitchen were rocking out and it was so loud I could hear it through the drive thru speaker. When I get to the window they were all laughing and not being professional at all. Also my burger was really hot. The bun was actually hot to the touch I almost couldn't eat it. This is not normal. I could not find anything good to say unfortunately.We went through the drive through and the person serving had no mask on. The double cheeseburger patties we're about 1/4 inch thick. They were black dried out and appeared to have been cooked several days ago. The egg rolls smelled liike month old oil. I have been eating the classic tacos for 50 years... They were burnt and foul. We will never return again. I hope we do not get sick from what we did eat. read more

We've been here multiple times everytime we go the line takes forever to get people thier food 20minutes + and that's a short line . They are understaffed . And mess the order up every single time , the drink mashing never tastes on point . everytime we craving jack in the box we get disappointed . Horrible customer service. I ordered a Classic Buttery Jack combo. When I got my burger there was no cheese. I took it back to the counter and told them there was no cheese. They took my burger to the kitchen and slapped a slice of cheese on it (it was 2 seconds) and brought it back and said "there you go!" I was livid!!! I said "Are you serious?" The cashier said "I took it back to the kitchen and that's what the did." with a straight face and all. I told him "I want a refund n you can have your food back." It's Jack In The Box. You know the menu, you know the food, you know what to expect. That is exactly what you'll get. Why 4 stars? This location is a good one. Food is cooked well, employees are awesome, and orders are almost always correct (almost). Sometimes the drive-thru is a bit slow, but that's because they're making sure your order is just right. Why not 5 stars? This location also charges more than most. (e.g. Sandwiches that should be 99¢ are $1.49.) Regardless, it's a cool location with very nice employees who do their best to make sure you get exactly what you ordered. read more

When one finds a clean, well stocked bathroom, one must share with her fellow yelpers. There is nothing that I appreciate more than a clean restroom. I have visited so many of the alternative in my lifetime, that I must give credit when it is do. Have had to stop here after one too many diet cokes, and was pleasantly surprised to find clean floors and toilet, soap,all necessary paper products, and a door that actually locked! This Jack in the Box is great. The manager and employees all pay special attention to the customers. The food is always fresh and hot. This is one of the only fast food places I have ever been to that prepares the food so it looks just as good as on the pictures. This is the only Jack in the Box where it's worth the $$$ to buy the Chicken Fajita Pita, because they stuff it full of chicken! read more

We've been to this location a few times late in the evening. Food and service were about what is expected. I'd give at least another star except for my most recent visit, which was near the end of the lunch hour, towards 1pm, when I happened to be in town. I went to the drive-through. There were two cars ahead of me. When I pulled up to the order location, however, I could not get any response from staff inside. I called out quite a few times ("Hello? I'm ready to place an order", etc.) with no response or acknowledgement. After about five minutes of this, I figured I might as well head out of town and eat later. By this time there was a line of cars behind me. As I drove out, the last car to place an order was sitting at the window with two employees apparently chatting with the driver. This is the kind of service for which the minimum wage was raised? Sorry, but those employees were not doing their job! read more

I was just at the store. The boards outside specify that customers need to be wearing a mask or have their face covered before approaching the window to pick up food, which I appreciate. I got to the window and the girl taking payment and handing out the food had her mask below her nose (out of which people breathe and sneeze). I told her she needs to be wearing her mask OVER her nose. She said "I know". She didn't adjust it. When she came back with my food, it was still not adjusted. This person HANDLES FOOD. When I got back to work at my HEALTH CARE FACILITY, I called the manager and told him what happened. He apologized, said her name was Alyssa, and that she was new. I told him THAT DIDN'T MATTER that she was new, she told me she KNEW it should be over her nose and still did nothing. He said he would take care of it. I told him she needs to be fired. We are suffering through a WORLD-WIDE PANDEMIC, she handles food, I alerted her to her mistake, she admitted knows the rules, and still did nothing. This employee DOES NOT CARE. The Health Department should shut them down. In fact, I think I'll share this with them. read more

The food is consistently cooked better than any other location I've been too... grilled sourdough is actually grilled, tacos aren't wet and seeping oil through the bag etc... just better. Staff is friendly, night manager is super friendly and helpful when I confuse the staff and make them mess up my order like I did last time... totally my fault but he fixed it. I don't come here as often as I used to, the whole eating healthier thing... ANYWAY, when I do get a craving while at work I come here. This is probably one of the nicest Jack in the Boxes I have ever been to. Very clean on the outside and on the inside. The employees always greet me quickly when I come in and they work as a team to get my order in and completed. They are also very friendly and personable. The food is good for fast food. The price is a bit expensive for fast food, but Jack in the Box has always been a bit more expensive then the rest. The food is prepared the way I order it and I've rarely had something wrong with my order. The food is served hot, which is nice for when I get back to work to finally enjoy my meal. read more

OK now I remember why I stop going to this one. 3 cars in line, 16 minutes!!!! One truck orders 8-10 bags of food and they do not ask them to park up front, Damn if i order an extra onion ring they make me move. AND the when I get home the orders is completely wrong. I come here once in a while, usually not too bad. I went in last Sunday & after standing at the counter for a minute or so, I hear the lady who was sweeping the dining area shouting something. I don't see anyone behind the counter,suddenly the lady who was sweeping comes around the counter & shouts WHAT DO YOU WANT? She didn't make eye contact,didn't say hello to me, nothing, she was actually looking down when she said it. I actually looked around the dining room & towards the food preparation area me to see if she was talking to someone else before turning around & asking her if she was talking to me. She said yes & I told her that she was incredibly rude & I walked out.
