Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money both tacos were broken, cold and soggy. I ordered the hot mess burger and it didn't even come with the cheese that's supposed to be on there no jalapeños and the sourdough was overly toasted. I ordered curly fries on the side and I found french fries and onion rings in my bag and none of it was hot and I picked it up straight through the drive-through. Plus, they said that they have ran out of a lot of stuff and had no idea when they were going to get it back. Apparently they're not open until 8 AM. Even though their sign said open, there were people being served inside, and their hours are listed as open on Yelp and Google. The woman was rude in telling us they wouldn't serve us and told us that they "always have opened at 8," but this must be 1984 because we've been served at 7:30 before and that's not a faulty memory. Over the last few months the service has been getting worse and worse. This was my boyfriend's favorite fast food place but we will start going elsewhere. I have found hair in my food on multiple occasions (and it's not just one random hair it's multiple in one entree). They have messed up our food countless times now, forgot to put sauce on burgers, given us the wrong kind of fries after we have specified multiple times, given us half full drinks, and given us the wrong order entirely. I work in the food industry so I understand mistakes happen but for it to happen every single time is ridiculous. They either need a better manager, better training, or a whole new team. read more

I went to this Jack in the box today used the drive up window. The older man at the window was screaming so loudly at another employee . I almost drove off in fear without my food. This was not just giving someone instructions it was in your face screaming and name calling . This man should never work with other people . The old man walked away waving his hand madly . We just don't seem to recognise him anymore since he discovered his thing; didn't even consider him as even HAVING something down there in as much as he's always been so focused upon the head. Now remember he's cheap and finishes up quick so don't expect perfection in the quality but you'll get yours and nonetheless leave satisfied. He gets his friendly sprung up with a lot of once-and-dones what with all the folks passing thru on their way to the bright lights and glamour of Sonora but no worries he won't hold it against you. Well, maybe he'll hold it playfully somewhat until you get it because he gives it away equally now to everyone; locals and strangers in the night alike. He'll even make you breakfast no matter what time you meet. My family won't go here anymore, this location always messes up our order and misses items even if there are only 4 items ordered. The drive thru can take upwards of 20 minutes. How they get around the "Time flash" for their system is they have you pull out of the Drive Thru and wait up front for your food and then they run it out to you. We have gotten food poisoning from there. If you do plan on going here, when ordering from the menu do not ask them to "hold the onions" or any other special requests because they mess that up too. These are my experiences first hand, others may have better experiences but nothing has changed in the last 2 months for us. read more

I don't think this place gets enough credit for it's category. I have grabbed quick food here several times over the last few months and we have never been let down. It's fast food, and they do a good job. What keeps steering me in here instead of the other choices around it is how friendly and kind every single person at the drive through window is. Every time I stop in from 6 am to midnight, the person handing me my meal/snack has been chipper and ready to go above and beyond.
