Ordered on door dash. The burgers were good. They fries were Luke warm, and they forgot our milkshakes. Doesn't live up to the hype.

Not a bad place. I don't think they get a ton of business, though. Never seen it crowded.

I came through and spent almost $20 and waited very long for the food to be done and then the food was still cold and didn't taste fresh then I found mold on the bottom bun of my burger the bun is toasted upside down on the grill so I know the cook saw the mold on the bun I am very disappointed read more

I didn't have the best experience at this store. I placed an order and paid for my food in cash, and then I was waiting for my change. The cashier gave me My food without the change so I asked for it, he then told me that he already gave me my change when I knew that he didn't. This man stole my money, however when I spoke to the manager the next day she made it right. read more

My family and I were on a road trip back from Florida to Michigan and decided to stop at this location because my kids wanted to try Jack in the box since we do not have it where we live. We drove and they were short staffed so the inside was not opened. The manager did allow us to use the restroom since we were traveling and that was very much appreciated. We also went through the drive-thru, ordered $70 worth of food and got all of the food with no problem. The food was great quality. The hamburgers were fresh and overall we were very satisfied. We also ordered the tacos that were great and the covered french fries were wonderful as well. I recommend this place if you would like to stop and get a good burger. I appreciate the customer service. Thank you read more

Was on a road trip from Michigan back home in KY, this is the closest Jack in the Box to our home, so we stopped as it was one of our favorites out west, tried to go in the door, doors were locked, no note on the door, or anywhere else that the lobby was closed, so we go through the drive through and got half way through our order when the lady at the speaker box yells.... "HOLD ON! I'm going to stop you right there, and let you know that this order isn't going to happen... THERE'S ONLY 2 OF US IN HERE!" Our order was spicy popcorn chicken box thing, 2 sour dough jack meals, the bun on the side for one, and tacos, super unprofessional, what would they have done had it been a mobile order? read more

Upwards of 10-20 minutes minimum to get your food. If there's a line up that to 30-40 minutes. Business needs to hire more workers.

I went last night around 9 they didn't have no cheese, lettuce, milkshake, or chili. The lady overpacked the bags to the point once it was grabbed it spilled in drive thru on the ground. No apology or receipt given only have a nice night.. read more

Tired of this location always being closed when they are supposed to be open. Workers always telling me they're closed when they have 20 or more minutes they're supposed to be open. I don't care if I show up 5 minutes before closing. Workers don't get to close down early just because they're tired of working. In all my jobs I've never had the luxury so I don't know why these workers at Jack in the Box think they're so special. read more

Went through at around 2pm and the place was abandoned despite Google saying they were open. Disappointing since they are almost an hour from me. read more

Drove 3 hours for JiB to have the employees YELL at us because there's only 2 of them, when we tried to order 2 meals and a sandwich.

Driving for UberEats. Simple breakfast order this morning. No car in parking lot. No car in drive through. 8 minute drive to the pickup and still took another 8 minutes for breakfast burrito and an oj! Later in the same day : lunch order; 8 cars in drive thru upon arrival. 1 left after tired of waiting. Manager has doors locked so unable to enter to pickup the delivery. Canceled the delivery! Waste of time! Jack clearly has no respect for their free delivery drivers and while Chix Filet just down the street satisfied at least 30-40 guests during this amount of time Jacks can't handle this relatively LOW volume demand. read more

No emplyees are here at night. How is it 24 hours? The lights are on, the board is lit is 11p.m. and no one is around at all.

Ordered on the mobile app on a Sunday morning. Went to pick it up and the store looked closed even though it was supposed to be open. Pulled around and absolutely no one there. Lost $10 and trying to figure out how to get a refund. read more

We arrived well over an hour before close, they had the kitchen closed, but didn't have it posted. This is only jack in the box open today.

Tried to go at 8:55pm on a Friday. Open hours show until 10:pm, but they were closed. I realize times are slow and employees are hard to find, but advertising hours properly isn't overly tough. If you can't trust a place is going to be open, then why make the drive? read more

Sat in the drive through line for 25 minutes. Only 2 cars ahead of me. Ordered food for myself, husband and 4 kids. My daughter got a chicken tender meal, and they forgot the drink and the chicken tenders! Didn't get any of the sauce for the kids meals that I ordered. The people at the window were all rude. Didn't even look in my direction while handing my items to me. I had to stand up out of my window to grab the stuff. The food wasn't even good! This was our first Jack in the Box experience, as they don't have them were we are from. Bad food, horrible service. Sucked all around. read more

I've been numerous times in the last year or two the drive up window is always good and the lady that works there earlier in the day is so friendly. Their menu has a wide variety of things and all of them are pretty good for fast food. read more

Wide selection indeed, but that comes at the expense of speed. Amazed that they offer from breakfast to Mexican to Chinese to burgers. All done well for a fast food restaurant. We always use the drive through so I can't comment on inside service. Outside they are pretty quick to take orders and if there's a delay they have you move up in line. Pretty much happens every time so just plan ahead. read more

disappointment... period..... my truck driving hushed does not get in till late off the road and most of the time goes to bed hungry because there is not places to eat around him. he choose to call jack in the box and have it delivere. not only did they mess his order up and didn't get everything he ordered. they gave him old stale buns on his burger. I'm not sure how you all even have a 3.5 * review. Really p*sees me off he now is going to see if he can find a vending machine so he can get something to eat! 0.00000000000 read more

I heart Jack in the Box. So there seems to be a lot of people naysaying this awesome establishment spouting off that it doesn't live up to the hype and even comparing it to places like Five Guys and Smashburger. Look, Jack in the Box is a fast food restaurant like Wendy's or Burger King. The difference is that Jack in the Box serves breakfast all day, has a diverse menu that includes tacos and egg rolls, and in my opinion is a step up from your typical fast food fare. I also believe that you have to know what to get at Jack in the Box. If you just get a standard burger and fries it might not be that exciting. But if you get a Sourdough Jack with a side of stuffed jalapenos or Jack's Spicy Chicken with some curly fries then I think you will change your opinion of this classic institution! I'm excited that no longer do I have to travel to North Carolina to get my Jack in the Box fix, now a short drive to Ridge Road is all it takes to fill my belly with Crack in the Box happiness! read more

Jack In The Box! Long overdue in Cincinnati, it's finally here! After years and years of rumors, damn it Jack In The Box is finally here! I have been to this particular location a couple of times now, and I've only tried the breakfast side of the menu both times. First time around, I ended up getting the Breakfast Jack, which is decently priced at $.99 along with an order of curly fries to boot. It was a solid meal for any budget-minded food-goer. Second time around, I had the Waffle Breakfast Sandwich along with a hash brown and it was definitely a great alternative to the usual Burger King or McDonald's. Location itself...right off I-71 on Ridge Avenue. Good thing about the location is that there is a traffic light at the entrance/exit of the restaurant. But if you are trying to turn out of the other end of the parking lot, it could be troublesome as the traffic from I-71 merges onto Ridge right in front of the restaurant. All in all, Jack In The Box is a decent option for any fast food lover that is looking for something different. Definitely check this place out! read more

I got the nacho tacos and the chicken pita. Both were quite good and the service was so nice! It was a little longer wait but I think it's worth it read more

When JITB first opened in Cincy I was really excited. I love the Oreo shakes, Big Cheeseburger, Sourdough Jack (drool), curly fries and chocolate cake. You'd hope not all at once, but I do have an impressive appetite. Anyhoo, for some reason the food quality has been going downhill lately. I'm talking about the burger patties!! The last 2 times I went, the patty was so incredibly over-seasoned that it's almost like they marinated it in a concentrated salt-and-pepper solution. I don't know if they come shipped like that or what, but it's not cool. On my most recent trip, my Sourdough Jack was cold. I'm gonna give it one last try before going back to my old standby, Mickey D's.. read more

Did not eat here. After seeing the dirty restrooms. No soap for washing your hands. And the garbage cans overflowing. Lost my appetite. Restaurant workers (some but not all just sitting out front listening to their phones. No customers (just one in drive through) in there. Rather spend my money elsewhere read more

What the heck is so special about Jack in the Box? Why would I frequent a fast food joint when I'm trying to get healthier? Probably what sets them apart is their diverse menu: their core fare is burgers, but there's also chicken sandwiches, salads, and tacos. And the big difference is the breakfast is served at any hour: the place is open at any hour (24!) Even the dining room is open 24/7! I'm not always in the mood for breakfast in the evening, but sometimes I'm not craving a burger and fries at 11:30 am. Problem solved! My favorite thing there so far is the Sourdough Jack! I've done a few of the different burgers, but it's the sourdough bun that's pure heaven! Also, they have the antenna toppers ($1). Probably I didn't give this place 5 stars was the fact there's only 2 locations in the Cincinnati area so far, and maybe the prices... but the friendly experience and what Jack has to offer is well worth a trip! read more

I drove 30 minutes to this Jack in the Box because it is the closest one on a Sunday afternoon. I get there and they tell me they have to wait 15-20 minutes because the last shift didn't prep the food. It was 3 o clock in the after noon this is not acceptable. I've worked fast food and no matter how short handed we were we never CLOSED the kitchen to prep food. There was also customers inside already eating. read more

I've been here about four times. A little better experience than a normal Jack In the Box. The workers always make extra effort to get the order right. Jack in the Box is incredible. They just sell whatever foods you can think of and have breakfast all day which is something every fast food chain should do. You NEED to try their 50 cent tacos. You might hate them, because they're cheap tacos... But you might love them, because they're cheap tacos. read more

I drove an hour and a half away mind you I live in Columbus and came here for the experience on the website it says they close at 10 and we had arrived at 9:50 was interrupted rudely with a "we're closed" . Is a great place to eat for fast food has a great options to eat from burgers, chicken sandwiches and salads, tacos delicious they take their time to cook you meal but it comes fresh and hot. The employees are kind and understanding on what you order. I have come here a few times inside to eat restroom are decent clean should be better. Dining area looks good ,great atmosphere and I always come back try different items in the menu I do recommend to try it out better than other fast food places. read more

Should really be 3.5 stars because depending on who is there. The service can be fast and accomdating or slow

Having never ate at Jack in the Box, I was super excited to try it since my boyfriend talked about how good it was. We went inside to order. There was 1 lady waiting on our food and we stood at the register to place an order. There were about 5 visible workers. We stood there for about...6 or 7 minutes without even being acknowledged. At this point I was already beyond frustrated but still ready to give it a try. After 6 or 7 minutes who I assume to be a manager finally comes over and very rudely says "Were out of everything..." and proceeds to list nearly everything on the menu and then follows by "Were waiting on our truck"....I can understand being out of items, even a bunch of items but why in the world were we not told that right when we walked in the door. So needless to say I still haven't tried Jack in the Box...I will be willing to give it a try at a later date...at a different location. read more

Well no surprise, 2 star at BEST. I've tried this place 2x by way of referral from a friend and have been very letdown. I'm not a fast food person, but had an urge for some Chicken tenders. The spicy was spicy, but the meat felt rubbery and I had waited 10 minutes at the window. There was no regular soda, only diet. All around poor experience. Hope it gets better for others. read more
