I had to literally visit the garage 5 times to get this issue resolved. When I collected my car after repair - the rear bumper and body has BIG SCUFF AND DENTS. Ashburton service centre bluntly refused to repair this and said that "cars are always parked on the street after repair and they don't take responsibility for what happens to the car on the street". I quote their exact words "For every car that we repair and park on street, if we started fixing the dents caused while they were parked outside our garage, we would go out of business". I have complained to motorcodes - case ID is 20515. I will complain to VOSA for providing incorrect MOT just for selling the car and I'm in discussion with a solicitor to raise a case in small claims court. AVOID THEM - they sell bad quality cars, bad quality repairs and don't take responsibility for safety of cars in their possession.

So having to take them to court as they've shafted us with £16,000 finance and a car that they won't repair despite doing less than 4000 miles. Avoid these con artists ripping you off to make a sales commission on broken motors and not repairing them despite all the promises that they will. The garage they recommend us go to quoted 2-3K for the repair which CarGiant has refused to do due to price. Nice broken car and 5 years of finance! Avoid like the plague, Your family & pocket will thank you for it.

They ALWAYS have an amazing selection of BMW's and Mini's and even a full BMW motorcycle dealership downstairs. The staff is beyond friendly and love chatting with them about the cars! When in town in June went there with my 3.5 year old son who was also in heaven. Beverly who we were chatting with was so nice and even gave us a few BMW & Mini Park Lane keychains which we now use at home which is such a fun souvenir! AS you guessed the next time we are in London, it's a stop we will make again as part of tradition!
