BMW Park Lane Battersea Service has been a unsatisfactory experience for me. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Unwilling to listen to your questions and talk over you if you do ask anything. Only 2 people were helpful, one was at the gate who welcomed me and directed me where to go and the other one was who received me at the doors.
Rude and unhappy staff, it seemed to me as they were dragged to do work, no customer relations and hardly any smile on their faces.
They gave me a time to collect my car when I dropped it off early in the morning, but later I had a call stating additional work needed to be carried out and delayed the pick up by 30 more minutes and just hung up. This 'additional work' was not carried out, however they still delayed giving my car back without any further explanation.
When I went to pick up the car, they seemed so miserable and unfriendly and told me to wait till one of the driver brings my car from car park and informed me that there is a problem in their system and cannot locate my keys therefore they will have to find out manually where my key was.
I waited an hour, then had to ask another member of staff for the key and he asked for my reg no and grabbed it in a few minutes. they left a number of other customers waiting as well. I was extremely disappointed and did not even get an apology.
When I saw the state of the car, it was unclean and not even hoovered. The reason I emphasise this point is because, I have many other cars in my family and every time we go to a Main Dealer, they will wash and hoover the car on return, no matter what service you took it in for.
My BMW was due for a major service and the least I expected was for it to be washed and hoovered. But unfortunately BMW failed on this and on many parts of their customer service.
I would not recommend BMW Park Lane Battersea Service to anyone. Appalled and disgusted. I did not expect that from a BMW Main Dealer. I would take my business elsewhere. read more
