    I bought a car on 1st August (ford fiesta) and had problems from day 1 - they gave me a clear MOT…read moreinspite of ruined break pads (which was mentioned as advisory in earlier MOT and wasn't replaced before sale). I had to literally visit the garage 5 times to get this issue resolved. When I collected my car after repair - the rear bumper and body has BIG SCUFF AND DENTS. Ashburton service centre bluntly refused to repair this and said that "cars are always parked on the street after repair and they don't take responsibility for what happens to the car on the street". I quote their exact words "For every car that we repair and park on street, if we started fixing the dents caused while they were parked outside our garage, we would go out of business". I have complained to motorcodes - case ID is 20515. I will complain to VOSA for providing incorrect MOT just for selling the car and I'm in discussion with a solicitor to raise a case in small claims court. AVOID THEM - they sell bad quality cars, bad quality repairs and don't take responsibility for safety of cars in their possession.

    #Beadles Dartford…read more The worst company I've ever had the unpleasantness of dealing with! The worse customer service ever and managers that just lie. I bought a brand new Polo from Beadles Dartford and included every possible extra so not a cheap car. When the car arrived I was told I had to collect the car within 7 working days so I send back my lease car and went to collect this car. When I arrived to collect the car it was in a complete state. Definitely not a new car finish. The car was so dirty it looked like it had been through a rally stage. It also had a dent in the front bumper and stone chips and small scratches across the bonnet like the bonnet had been washed with a scouring pad or a sponge with stones in and also a dent on rear bumper and the paint all over the car felt like car hadn't been sprayed properly. I paid lots extra for this colour! It also had delivery stickers across the roof that had to still be removed. This car was far from being a new car !! I've had better condition 5 year old cars but obviously was still paying a brand new price. They even messed up every bit of paperwork by having all my details wrong and even sent the log book to the wrong address. But when I collected the car I went to reject it but the manager told me they would pay another garage to repair and fix all the problems with this car!! So I collected the car on this understanding but it was a complete lie!! When I got them the bill they refused to pay the invoice and only wanted to pay for a cheap mobile repair service that I refused due to the finish should be like new. Not just cheap for their benefit. So I refused a cheap repair and asked for £1000 compensation that they refused. I then asked for a service package as compensation and they refused. I threatened to take this to court but the manager said I would just get laughed out of Court I don't understand how by the way they have treated me. I then went back and said repair my car and give them a date weeks in advance! They said they would fix this but didn't come back to me with a date or try and phone me. They now ignore all my messages. I believe that they were never going to repair this car as the issue have been going on for months.
