Where do I start? Every time something goes wrong with my car, the guys at D&T Wise are there to pick up the pieces. I have had a number of problems in the last year and each time Danny and the guys have gone above and beyond what I would expect a garage to do. And to top it off, the costs at the end of it have been very reasonable for the works required. I purchased my car having spoken to them about general maintenance costs - the difference between my old 6 cylinder BMW to the new V8 was surprisingly minimal. Although I have had many repairs (my bad luck with a second hand car), the most recent being the valve stem oil seals, I knew that my car was safe in their hands. Having collected the car this week, I drive with a huge smile on my face and can only thank the guys for the work done. It feels like a new car!! No-one likes having their cars break down, but rest assured these guys know what they are doing. Forget your main dealer, D&T know best, and I for one refuse to go to my local dealership. If, like myself your head gasket fails on your BMW (not uncommon!) & you don't want to pay BMW dealer prices for a fix (No, you really don't), then these guys are the pro's to see but without the dealership prices. A fantastic service & 10,000 miles further down the line without a single hitch, my car still purr's like the cat with the cream. These guys know what they're doing & you can feel safe in the knowledge you car will be will cared for by the right people at a price that's right for you. I have used these guys two years running for Mot, Servicing and repairs to my Mini. I have found them to be friendly, honest and very helpful. I am happy with the service they have provided each time, and as a young women felt confortable dealing with them. I haven't once felt ripped off or made to feel stupid asking questions. DandT Wise was recommended to me after our usual mechanic was struggling with a computer problem on my X3. I wanted to avoid huge costs from a BMW garage. They were brilliant and fixed the problem within 24hours at a very reasonable price. As a woman turning up to a garage on my own with two kids I'm always worried about being ripped off, but they couldn't have been better. Absolutely brilliant garage. They always provide topnotch service and their communication with the customer is particularly excellent. Their level of knowledge is absolute cracking and they diagnosed a serious fault with my car immediately when a local dealer garage completely misdiagnosed the problem and priced up the work exorbitantly accordingly. i have known d&t wise since 2007 (previously known as bmwise). simply put, there is no fault on a bmw or mini that they cannot fix and yet they are relatively cheaper, genuine and highly professional in their correspondence. i am not surprised at all that i still go to them with my bmw. they are the best. i will surely recommend them to all bmw and mini users. absolutely amazing!!!!! read more

As a women driver who doesn't know anything about the mechanics of a car , the team make you feel at ease and take time to give me a through explanation of any work they undertake. Great prices and service in general, especially compared to other specialists I had used in the past. If I ever need something done they are the first place I call. They don't suggest having anything done unless it genuinely needs doing, and when it does they do it well. Great stuff all round! read more
