AMS Motors provided an excellent and efficient service. This is the first time I used them, and I…read morepicked them based on the other 5 star reviews provided. I ordered two new tyres for my VW Golf Mk1. Muna (owner) undertook the below with care and professionalism: * switched my front tyres to the rear * sandblasted the old rear rims as they had rust, to remove said rust * bead sealed them * balanced the wheels * put the new tyres on the front. All of the above was done in a genuinely friendly manner. Muna talked me through what he was doing at each stage in easy to understand terms which helped me to comprehend. He also provided advice on a number of other matters. I was talking to Muna throughout as he had lots of tips and advice. AMS Motors is a family business (three generations) that has been operating for over 40 years. Even though I got there at 9am, I witnessed a lot of repeat customers coming in which demonstrates the trust, brand loyalty and experience they have built up. I found this a refreshing experience and would highly recommend AMS Motors.

All diagnosed various faults, non of which convinced me. Mo's investigation was very in depth and he was able to successfully identify the problem with my vehicle. He ordered the parts and repaired my car within a few hours, on the same day using genuine Mercedes parts. The cost, a fraction of the price quoted by other mechanics. I recommend him 100%. Mo's Garage is not typical of most garages, full of cars waiting to be repaired. He provides a personal service, by appointment. This provided the opportunity for me to discuss the issues with my vehicle and build a rapport with Mo. I am so happy to have found a reliable, trustworthy efficient Mercedes mechanic. Mo is not only a good mechanic he also understands great customer service. Keep up the good work!

The service I received from James who turned up on a motorbike, was careless and left the bodywork…read moreon my car damaged. The long brush he uses, no doubt on every single car, is absolutely dirty and worn out. I even caught him on my CCTV picking it up, facing down on the ground, and scrubbing it on my car, likely with debris in the bristles from the ground. My car now has straight-line scratches all over the paint, exactly in the direction he scrubbed. He also used this same worn-out, dirty brush on my convertible hood. I also saw on my CCTV that he used the same rag, which had black dirt from my wheel trims, to dry my car, leaving swirl marks. The same contaminated rag was used to dry my convertible hood. He missed areas entirely including near my number plate, and dirt marks were left untouched. I now have to get my car machine polished because of his negligence. He's cheap for a reason; you get what you pay for, but in this case, you end up with damaged bodywork. Be careful.,
