In Germany the same line of cars are under the name, Opel. There's several models out, but I have a Midnight Black Astra to suit my lifestyle of today. To give you an idea of how poor when I dropped in and bumped into the same salesman I'd seen previously when looking to purchase my Audi, he asked if I actually bought a car, I told him I had and started listing some of the problems from the first day and his exact words were "good" and I asked why do you say that when it's been nothing but trouble and the Audi has been the worst brand new car I've ever owned, "because you didn't buy it from me". Hardly an ambassador for the brand.

Had a mot and service on my 120d m sport with them at the end of july last year which set me back…read moreover £450. They seems very knowledgeable & professional at the time. However turns out the botched the oil filter installing it upside down which meant my car was leaking a load of oil (which I was none the wiser about) which could have easily led to the engine to sieze up. This may have just been an unfortunate one off hickup by them, but sadly cannot recommend them because of this.

Mark took a look at my car and in 5mins came back with my key and said it was sorted. A pipe had just come off... I highly recommend this garage as they are honest and professional. If I had listened to the other garages I would be £200 quid out of pocket....happy days!!

Took my G650GS plate 63 for a 12000 service. Under warranty…read more Got it back two weeks after with a £955 bill. They offered me a courtesy bike for 2 days only! The bill was 1/3 for the 12000m service , 1/3 for replacing chain and sprockets and 1/3 for 'inspecting the wiring loom' as they where unhappy with a Handlebar USB charger and a zumo craddle that i had proffessionally fitted. Only not by them. I had until today no evidence that they did any actual work to the wiring loom at all. Maybe taking it apart and putting it back together as it was!! Extorsionate prices for a very slow service. Use Hertford, Essex, Northampton, but not them. Avoid like the pest.
