Great Friendly car dealership, I had problems with my Ford Mondeo, nothing was too much hassle for…read morethem, my car had a lot of running issues, the team there turned my car around in 1 day from running sluggish and being a pain to start in the morning, to running perfectly- mondeo pulls so nice on the Motorway now- thanks guys for your help, would recomend to any one unsure with whats wrong with their car they only replaced what needing replacing :-) 5 star rating with me and they quoted me happy as i had 3 quotes from other local garages.

I bought a car on 1st August (ford fiesta) and had problems from day 1 - they gave me a clear MOT…read moreinspite of ruined break pads (which was mentioned as advisory in earlier MOT and wasn't replaced before sale). I had to literally visit the garage 5 times to get this issue resolved. When I collected my car after repair - the rear bumper and body has BIG SCUFF AND DENTS. Ashburton service centre bluntly refused to repair this and said that "cars are always parked on the street after repair and they don't take responsibility for what happens to the car on the street". I quote their exact words "For every car that we repair and park on street, if we started fixing the dents caused while they were parked outside our garage, we would go out of business". I have complained to motorcodes - case ID is 20515. I will complain to VOSA for providing incorrect MOT just for selling the car and I'm in discussion with a solicitor to raise a case in small claims court. AVOID THEM - they sell bad quality cars, bad quality repairs and don't take responsibility for safety of cars in their possession.

The car had issues and report was furnished but car giant would not agree to it they kept my car for 6 days then allege nothing was wrong they think we are fools !! Even my 13 year son picks up well on the issues Car Giant is a good con artist with its pushy staff who do not give a toss all reviews say's it all very shocking I feel this place needs to be shut down soon or later . They threathend me if I do not collect my car they would impose storage charges then park on double yellow lines next was drop my car you can see how these thughs operate I feel someone shoild monitor them before its too late !!@ But I have not finished yet watch the space car giant

Bought a 3008 as a mobility car for my disabled family, broke down despite being under warranty…read more(they only offer 6 months) we'd had it for 4 months. Car giant said it would be covered, they're wrangling out of it. So having to take them to court as they've shafted us with £16,000 finance and a car that they won't repair despite doing less than 4000 miles. Avoid these con artists ripping you off to make a sales commission on broken motors and not repairing them despite all the promises that they will. The garage they recommend us go to quoted 2-3K for the repair which CarGiant has refused to do due to price. Nice broken car and 5 years of finance! Avoid like the plague, Your family & pocket will thank you for it.

To whom it may concern…read more I would like to nominate Andrew Smith for an award in recognition of his simply awesome service, professionalism (even when having questions and requests thrown at him). He remains extremely calm and is genuinely sincere throughout every call we have. We purchased 2 BMW's from Andrew just over three years ago and as soon as we were able to VT I contacted Andrew where again he did not fail to deliver his usual 200% customer satisfaction. His product knowledge is second to none. He is the most professional person I have EVER dealt with. Andrew must be a massive asset to Park Lane BMW. Nothing is a trouble. EVER. We collect our new cars around July time and we're travelling down from Durham to stay over and one of the main reasons was to actually get to meet Andrew and shake his hand. Andrew is also very modest, he has not by any means encouraged me to write this review. Andrew, many thanks for what has been simply above outstanding service and support. It's again been an absolute pleasure dealing with you. Thank you and see you soon. Rob Simmons

They ALWAYS have an amazing selection of BMW's and Mini's and even a full BMW motorcycle dealership downstairs. The staff is beyond friendly and love chatting with them about the cars! When in town in June went there with my 3.5 year old son who was also in heaven. Beverly who we were chatting with was so nice and even gave us a few BMW & Mini Park Lane keychains which we now use at home which is such a fun souvenir! AS you guessed the next time we are in London, it's a stop we will make again as part of tradition!

Vauxhall Motors - Meet "Samantha Baker"... my Vauxhall Astra.. from the UK. She's about to hit 100,000 miles! Cheerio!

"Well I'm a-running down the road trying to loosen my load…read moreI've got seven women on my mind... Four that want to own me, two that want to stone me One says she's a friend of mine... Take it easy, take it easy..." You could say I'm the Benjamin Button of the mid-life crises group. I already did the Porsche, Maserati, and European Sports Clique years ago. Y'know it usually goes the other way around... as we get older *sighs* many dudes overcompensate with a flashy car and small d***. Not I, as you can find me driving a Vauxhall! Yup, UK car! Vauxhall is the United Kingdom version of a lux-eco car as I call it. Sharing some "luxury" lines, sans the leather seats and giant spoiler, nothing fancy, with a huge savings on Petrol. In Germany the same line of cars are under the name, Opel. There's several models out, but I have a Midnight Black Astra to suit my lifestyle of today. For a little car, you'd be surprised the room she offers. I also like her handling on the turns on the Autobahn. "Well I'm a-running down the road trying to loosen my load... Got a world of trouble on my mind Lookin' for a lover who won't blow my cover She's just a little hard to find... Take it easy, take it easy Don't let the sound of your own wheels drive you crazy Come on baby, don't say maybe I've got to know if your sweet love is gonna save me..." In the end, I have lived a full life and traveled the world. Life is good. Yet, it's funny how my Vauxhall has outlasted my two ex-wives, a former fiancé, I have nothing to prove and will leave Samatha Baker for Jake Ryan and his Porsche. I no longer need an exotic.. I'm okay with my UK lux-eco hatch in Midnight Black, sans the Lambo roar. It's a small car, nothing fancy, but on the turns it still gives me that Jason Bourne thrill run from the Illuminati...Ta! Ta!
