After leaving several messages asking for a call about an upgrade, Jabba decided to just upgrade the service without a call back and without any consent from us. The message they keep using as consent was asking for CALL about an upgrade NOT asking for an upgrade. After getting hung up on once by customer service, I was again hung up on after asking to speak to a supervisor. Now, they won't answer the phone or any emails. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. We used Jabba Communication while staying at an rv park in Washington state. Everyday after the day we subscribed it was necessary to contact Jabba because according to their system we had reached the number of devices for our subscription. I gathered we were allowed 4 devices. The thing is we only had two devices. So, we were unable to use the Internet because Jabba thought we had 4 devices and would not allow logon. Every day we called Jabba once or twice for them to correct the problem in order to use the service we had paid for. This was very inconvenient. It was not a seamless process. In the 5 days we used this service, they never resolved the issue of 4 devices showing on the account when in reality there were only 2. At times they were accusatory as to the possibility that there may be other devices accessing the account without our knowledge. In the future I will not use this service and recommend others refrain from using this service. read more

This is the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. We signed up for a 7 day internet package at Thousand Trails Palm Springs and I was promoted that someone would reach out to me to set the internet up. Well, not only did no one reach out but I must have called about 20 times that day and every single automated button goes to the same message machine, no matter what your issue is. The website is useless for any assistance. I immediately requested a refund, which was January 7th. They emailed me back and said it was canceled and the refund would be issued in 7-10 days. It is now the 26th of the month and I have not received any refund. Shit customer service, shit internet service and it seems like a scam. This company definitely needs to be looked into. read more

Wow, not impressed with customer service. I had a "hot spot" subscription which worked fine for a month. The closest tower then quit working. The only offer I received was foe ME to PAY $50 for a service call so I could utilize a DIFFERENT TOWER. I live down in the Voyager community and have no real issues except maybe an occasional buffering because of all the wifi being used in the area. I pay for 15meg service and get close to that almost every day. Suggestion, install an access point in your home as well, it helps tremendously! read more

Do not waste your money. We have tried to use them at several parks. They take your money but do not provide the service. After signing up and paying for the service, it either will not let us sign into their site, or we do not have good enough signal to connect to their wifi. We have called and are given a "ticket #" with the promise of a call from a technician. They might call hours later only to tell you that it looks good from their end and there is nothing they can do to fix the problem. There is no refund of money for no service. Jabba Communications offers in writing a Wi-Fi product at the RV Park I am staying at and when I asked more about it, I was told they didn't offer it. Then when I told them what I had in writing, they said they did in fact offer it, but they would not come out to set it up unless 3 or 4 other people signed for it as well. This was not stated in the writing. They had no interest in taking care of me the customer and standing behind the product offered!!! It was all about them. You can decide for yourself whether this was right or wrong on their part. It's a no brainer for me!!! I had retracted this review so they could have a chance to correct the issue. Not only did they not correct it, but it got much worse, so I am reposting it. I ended up have it drop me of multiple times per day and it would end up taking hours to return my call. I had to wait 3 weeks just to get internet service re-connected after our return to our winter residence, after multiple phone calls. Since finally being re-connected, Netflix programs are constantly buffering despite paying for their 50 MBPS upgraded service. HORRIBLE Customer Service! I sat here for almost 12 hours without internet service and more than 6 hours waiting for a call back. The call back finally came and it was a dandy. Apparently, every time Jabba updates its billing system, some customers credit card numbers get thrown out. Rather than calling those customers and getting the information again, they simply shut off your internet and don't bother telling you why until you get your long awaited call back. This has happened to me twice now.
