The bill (as I have no dental insurance shocked me) but they offered a package that would cut the bill in half and allow for future more cost effective treatments. Ok, seemed reasonable. So i set up an appointment for husband who went in today. What followed was a ridiculous sales pitch on an implant where he had a tooth pulled prior, and a refusal to perform a regular clean because he apparently wasn't a candidate for it but needed a deep clean. Funny how this wasn't pitched to me, but then again, perhaps not much incentive knowing I haven't got dental insurance to bill. It also doesnt sit right with me because husband goes for dental check ups twice a year and never before was he not a "candidate" for a regular clean. We wanted to come here as it's in our neighborhood vs driving 45 minutes to our old dental practice but guess we"ll continue doing that rather than being taken advantage of here!

I had a favorite practice I went to in Illinois and I would travel there for my care until the practice was finally closed due the practice relocating out of state. I tried a different practice in Gilbert over a year ago and had an awful experience. I was talking with someone about my dilemma and she highly recommended Serenity Dental - so I ripped off the band-aid and gave them a call. Whenever I would call any other practice I was always told my asks were not feasible. My ask was: Warm or room temp water rather than cold, 4 shots of novacaine, the use of the Synapse Dental Eraser (and nobody has this tool - but it is truly miraculous at blocking out pain). In the absence of the dental eraser my ask was to add Nitrous (laughing gas) in addition to the warm water & novacaine. I was told they don't typically warm water ahead of time but they would do so for me and I was also told that the novacaine & nitrous was totally doable. I went in for my initial visit and got my teeth cleaned, x-rays, etc. Everyone in the practice was so very kind to me. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist even said he would provide me a prescription to obtain the dental eraser so that it can be used when needed at an appointment. I need to go back to take care of 2 cavities & have a crown. This is the first time in a long time that the idea of going back isn't giving me awful anxiety. Jess was the one that did the teeth cleaning for me and she is just a sweetheart. I also got to see Dr. Bhatt to discuss the needed care. He was super kind and really assured me that I came to the right place. So if anyone suffers from severe anxiety like me over dental visits - I would strongly encourage you to give this practice a try. This practice is truly the best - and I already love them more than the other practice I went to back in Illinois for over 25 years. I cannot thank this practice enough for taking such good care of me!

My husband has been a patient for close to 5 years and has high praises of the entire team, even if it is a delicate operation. The dental hygenists are always very prompt and always do a great job! He is conservative in his treatment plans and VERY gentle. I'm always afraid of dental pain but not at this office. I barely know that I'm getting a shot in the gums when he does it. This will be a long review as to explain the amount that Brandon has done for me would be hard to explain in a small paragraph. I have dealt with dental issues all growing up. My family all has had issues and a lot of it is genetic issues. I use to get anxiety going to the dentist. When I started seeing Brandon 8 years ago he was great at explaining things and making me feel comfortable. I started doing routine dental care because I now wasn't having the anxiety about going in because I could see how much he was helping me. My jaw has never sat correctly with my jaw alignment causing all the pressure to be on my front teeth. Which in turn caused extreme damage and loss of length on my front teeth. Brandon was so patient and thorough through the whole process of helping me decide what to do with my bite. In my pictures I will add to this review, you will see how much my teeth had been damaged over the years with the constant pressure being applied to my front teeth and what Brandon was able to do to create a beautiful smile and set me up in the future with a more stable bite. Brandon was able to do 12 crowns on the top to help build up the back of my teeth and make a more unified smile. Since having them done I have had minimal pain and almost forget that I had them done when I'm even eating. Brandon was very Thorough and he is a perfectionist with his work. I have heard on multiple occasions since having my teeth finished how amazing and natural they look. Most of the time they don't even know what's different which goes to show how natural they look. I love that he made them look so natural. I have had other people reaching out to see where I had my teeth done because they look so natural. I have also met other patient in passing at his office or finding out where I have gone for dental work, give raving reviews of him as well. I can see his staff and how happy they all are in his office and that also speaks loudly to the person he is and the atmosphere he has created. I highly recommend Brandon for any of your dental needs as I have gone through most of them with him and he has always does an exceptional job. I am so thankful when I moved here 8 years ago that Brandon was the dentist I chose. The first photo is of me at age 18 showing you after I got my braces off. You can see that the back of my teeth didn't hit correctly. The second photo is how much they had worn down over the years and were starting to chip off. I began having a toothache about 5 months ago. Call it high pain tolerance but I didn't get it checked out right away. I finally went in to see one dentist, worst visit imaginable, left and decided I wouldn't be seen until I found an amazing office. Insert Dr. Hall and his staff here. Amazing. The kindness shown from opening the door, to the chair, to checkout was incredible. Liz was so fun to talk to and made the whole experience comforting. Dr. Hall's bedside manner and professionalism is outstanding. I ended up needing two root canals. Sigh, I know. I was short on time but Dr. Hall and Liz were able to get one completed with a follow-up for the other. Readers. I had no, zero, nada, zip pain! Nothing. I was so comfortable, during a root canal, that I could have taken a nap. No exaggeration. To say I can't wait to go back seems silly, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to our next interaction. So thankful I found this office and so appreciative for the humans working within it.
