The cost and planning of creating a compliant courtyard and sidewalk approach seamed daunting. Nathan helped us evaluate the modifications that needed to be done and was very knowledgeable about his trade. His crew was fantastic. Even when we as the customer wanted something modified after the job was complete, he was quick to respond and had someone out within 24hrs to change what we wanted. Not your average business owner. He definitely deserves 5stars. I would recommend them hands down to anyone needing concrete work. I will definitely be calling him for my next project.

For an 8am job, they were here by 7:30 and waited to start so they didn't wake the neighbors. They caught on to the fact that our kids were in heaven watching them, so as they were jackhammering, or running wheelbarrows of wet concrete back and forth they always took the time to wave and smile to the kiddos. They even helped us to do the hand prints in the concrete and wrote the date for us. They went above and beyond. Their work is also great. We LOVE the color and pattern. The grade is perfect, away from the house in all directions. Finally, after they finished we had another contractor damage the brand new concrete and Jeff offered to come look at it to help us figure out how to get the paint off. Again above and beyond. They really do a great job.

Me and my husband are extremely happy that we found this excellent company and hope to work with them for a long time to help us with our gardening and landscaping needs! highly recommend! Oh, and if there any complaints in reviews about 'bad/poor communication', sure, they might not be able to message when they're busy doing such a good job on someone else's yard (and therefore might be a bit late because of that), but if you can keep that in mind and be a little patient, you won't regret working with them!!

Communication was straightforward, pricing was great, and they were flexible about hauling the soil to private land instead of charging dump fees. No shortcuts, no surprises--just solid work. Would definitely hire them again.

Antonio from Proscaping came over to the house, gave me his honest opinion and a reasonable price. His quote was the best amongst the 5-6 vendors i interacted with. Worked on a date which was suitable for me. Did the demo clean in a day. Next day came in with the turf. There was some electrical and plumbing work also which he took care of neatly. And his men did a great job to install the turf. Put the sand in, and roll it nicely. Its got a 5y warranty from him and 15y on the turf from the vendor. I liked the job he did end to end and would definitely recommend him. It was done in less than 12 hours over two days. Quick and clean

When we bought our house, the backyard was hideous, with some old concrete and a small rotten wood deck. We drew up some plans on what to build and called Evergreen to get a bid. They had been highly recommended by neighbors. Mike came out, carefully listened to our ideas and asked some questions. Then he showed us some options on what they could build and also came up with the perfect solution to provide the shade we wanted to have. He pointed out a project they had just completed in our neighborhood. We walked by there in the evening and frankly were blown away. I remarked to my wife, well they are probably very expensive. So we awaited the bid which came the next day already, and it was very competitive. In fact it was lower than another firm that we has contacted. So it was an easy call to hire Evergreen. A couple weeks later the owner Ray and his team came out to start the job. It was amazing to watch them: Every detail was professionally and meticulously attended to, you could see top notch quality work everywhere you looked. In all that they were also very efficient: It took them just 3 and a half days for the entire project to transform our backyard. And I could not be more happy with the outcome. At the end we had a request to change something to extend the shaded area. Before I even finished my sentence, Ray said: "I will do it", and they came out and completed it the same week. Where can you find contractors like these? I can highly recommend this firm for any landscaping work. In fact, I'm planning to call on them again once we get to our front yard project.

Juan made many useful suggestions like putting up wired lights and having some lights under the steps to light up steps better. We were thrilled with the entire job and I think it has added a lot of "curb appeal" to our home. He recently added a shiny sealer to our job to protect our pavers and that too has added to our home's curb appeal. Juan is also a very personal and friendly guy to work with! While his initial quote was good, we got hit up for change order after change order. Now, it is an older house, so unexpected things come up, but these change orders went well above the percentage that most people say to keep in reserve for contingencies, and it wasn't even because we were asking for things outside of our initial scope. In addition to that, the work just didn't get completed timely. It got to the point where we finally cut our losses, severed ties with Mike, and moved on with another contractor. I think this was a case where for whatever reason Mike got overwhelmed and couldn't get the job done. The person who referred us to him said he had never seen this happen before on any of Mike's other jobs, but I do think Mike specializes more in decks/seismic retrofits, so I'd consider going with someone else if you're doing a larger scale project. To Mike's credit, the work that was done was done well. The contractor that came in to finish off the work didn't have to do any major rework. Additionally, he still responded to texts/picked up the phone to answer one-off questions after we moved onto another contractor.
