After the new screen was installed, my screen would be nonresponsive randomly throughout the day for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. It happened each day after phone repair. I brought the phone back in to get the screen replaced again with the correct phone. This time, when I came back, the manager opens the store an hour late. I informed him I needed to come back another day as I couldn't continue to wait. As I was driving my children to an event, the manager called me to ask me to come back. I informed him I could not due to my schedule and he became aggressive and belligerent to the point that my children were afraid for me. I discontinued my call with him and requested the technician call me to schedule me coming back. After talking to the technician, I scheduled my return.
