I've liked the clothes for a while and I go every now and then to see if there's any new pieces or…read moresales. For the last few days I've gone I've noticed some of the same employees working which I thought was nice, maybe they recognized me. But every time since I've gone there, not a single one was very much help. They are tasked to fold clothes but not really to check regularly on the customers. I wanted to try on some jeans and some tops to see how fresh and cool I'd look. I waited for an employee but they were all pretty busy on the register. I saw one nearby who seemed to be folding a pile of shirts. I went up to her and I asked if she could get me a fitting room so I could try on the items. She stated that someone will be right with me, clearly seeing the ginormous line going halfway through the store. I understand the concept of being patient , but she could have contributed some help by getting the fitting room open. It's not like she was helping a customer, as well as barely helping the store look good with the pile. Another incident i had was earlier today. I wanted to enjoy a regular shopping day like any other and I only wanted a sweater, I walked straight to the back where they have the clearance rack. I look through a few things in my size and I found this nice bright striped hoodie. As I take it off the hanger and I'm putting it on out in the open (did not bother with the fitting room). I looked around as I usually do when trying to see what can catch my eye, and I catch something else instead- the employee near the register giving me the weirdest look as if I was from another planet. And I thought to myself "the heck is she looking at, get the face out of here and do something useful instead of giving me that wack expression". Fair to say, the staff should be more focused on customer service. It has a ton of room for improvement, for room than the store itself.

Shes so personable, so knowledgeable, and so talented. Nicole was also there helping and I must say how cool it was to witness such two talented people work together to create such amazing, stylish outfits. They took the time to figure out my style, what I was looking for, what I liked and disliked. Not once did I feel pressured to like or try on a piece that wasn't my style. There was also no feel of being forced to buy anything. I decided to drive the 40 minutes there with my daughter at 7pm, who was looking for a last minute dress for her winter formal. Megan was at the register and pulled our hold items out and we continued to browse the store and my daughter tried on many dresses. Megan kept bringing dresses for her to try on along with a pair of shoes. Megan was awesome and attentive to my daughter. Priscilla checked on sizes for us when Megan was with other customers. Had it not been for Elena's fabulous customer service we would not of made that trip. It all started with a phone call. My daughter ended up with two dresses, a pair of heels and some accessories and Megan went the extra mile to steam her dress. FABULOUS!! Even though it was closing time. They never rushed us. I digress, but the point is that I have shoes galore, but the Cole Hahn brand on major sale are the epitome of practical comfort and too good to pass up. I kept picking up pairs that I loved and finding that they were either in stock, able to be ordered and shipped for free AND 50% off . Shout out to super salesman Brian- who kept checking the back, finding pairs online for me. 5 pair, including the best ballet flats, red patent leather and leopard flats with a bow, black satin kitten heels and slip on sneakers. I was out the door in half an hour with a grand total of $393. Yep- less than $80 a pair for premium, practical shoes that fit my lifestyle perfectly. Time to get rid of some of the less practical pair of my mom's shoes to make room in my closet....

I visited this location twice on my recent vacation, and both times I left feeling satisfied and with a little confidence boost. Unfortunately, I'm bad with names, but I really appreciated the interactions, compliments, and assistance provided by an employee with red hair and micro bangs, another with beautiful long/dark hair, and another with a scene/emo style. All three were such lovely people (with great fashion taste ) The store's selection was refreshing. I feel like it had your standard Hot Topic merchandise, but I saw a lot of items in store that I don't generally see at the locations back home (ie. certain figures, t-shirts, jewelry, etc.), so I ended up splurging a bit. I don't really understand why it was so hard to price check these items but he never did and turned me off on buying shoes. Nevertheless, and despite this clerk not really wanting to assist me, I tried to pay for the board and wheels at the register. The manager at the register was catty and short with me about gripping my board. She was so unpleasant it turned me off to making the purchase all together. I decided to not buy anything because the customer service was so terrible. I really wanted these items but the whole experience just really turned me off. Even the clerk tried to make fun of the DGK board I was trying to buy. I ended up going to Zumiez's a couple doors to purchase these items as the experience was much friendlier.
