Robert was very responsive, called us when he became available earlier than we had arranged, and quickly completed all three repairs. He also advised on several other questions that we had. JD and his team recently completed a major remodel project at my house and I could not be happier…read morewith the results. The project was to demo 800 square feet of 30 year old tile and install new tile flooring that runs from the large entry way under the front door into the living room of my house. With huge plate glass windows throughout the space. There was also a rainwater drainage issue that needed a solution. All my concerns about the tile layout and sloping for drainage and protecting the big windows were all addressed both upfront and throughout process. This job included removing the old tiles, machine grinding to remove old cement and rebuilding of the cement base outside, putting in a new drainage pipe through a cement frame under a glass wall and then installing the new tile. The end result is a beautiful new tile floor. I highly recommend DJ and his team to handle your home remodel projects.

Quality of work = 2 out of 5 Communication = 1 out of 5…read moreFollow up/through = 1 out of 5 JD General is a cheaper option. A prime example of you get what you pay for. I believe they have the skill set to do basic repairs and projects. Maybe even more than easy, but it seems when any sort of adversity comes the quality falters. I had a driveway done, which does look nice, but ended up cracking in quite a few places. Not two or three places, but all over. Cracking across the majority of the driveway. I asked about any sort of warranty, having one or two cracks I could've looked past it. When it continued and started cracking all over it got frustrating. Especially when JD came out and looked at the cracks and told me he would ask his concrete guys about a fix. (At this point I was already anticipating he would NOT get back to me, and what do you know. Ghosted.) No communication after that, no attempts to update me on any sort fix. For anyone that reads the reviews. You'll notice the out of country, had an emergency excuse. He used that excuse with me as well after blowing us off for multiple days at a time. Seems fishy. Cheap contractor. Cheap work. Bad customer service. I'd recommend to do your due diligence and get more quotes especially if these guys are your only one. It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

Here is what you need to know about Carlos and CSC, LLC: He will stand by his work, you will have…read moreno surprises from his initial quote on, and he will transform your home. My partner and I bought a 100-year-old home in Seattle that needed a lot of love: total overhaul of electric and plumbing, an extensive kitchen renovation, and I won't even tell you about the smell. We got quotes from a number of different contractors, and from our first interaction, Carlos was the most organized and personable. He also struck the right balance between hearing what we wanted in the house and offering his expertise and advice. During the project, he and his team put in long days and did careful, beautiful work (the kitchen is the gem of the place! we always get compliments on it). They also went out of their way to help us while we were doing our own projects on the house. You should choose CSC, LLC for your projects because of the excellent work that they do, but the bonus is that you will not find a team with more integrity and pride in their work. We had a couple of issues--more than reasonable given the scope and time frame of this project--and Carlos was a phone call away, and went above and beyond to resolve everything. We will definitely be calling him for any future projects.

Attention to detail was severely lacking, and he and his team lack the ability to do any skilled labor. This includes electrical, high-end door locks, landscaping, drywall and paintwork, and installation of anything that relates to sink drains or garbage disposals. I would not ever recommend this overpriced company for any of your home remodeling needs. If I could give CSC, LLC 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, the lowest grade on Yelp is 1 star. If for some reason you do decide to hire CSC, LLC understand you might be going back to fix lousy work later on down the road. Below you will see a break down of work that needed to be fixed or replaced and the cost associated. Carlos bad work: -Entire electrical troubleshooting/diagnosing and fixing bad work $3,460.50 *Carlos cost: $6,500. Not including fixing any issues. -Three disconnect outlets need to be replaced and up to code. (Extra cost: $2200) *Carlos cost: $4,800 -Four wall outlets needed to be replaced in the event space (extra cost: $800) -faulty wiring for the disconnects and completely had to be replaced. (Extra cost $500) *Carlos cost: $4,800 -Snaked my kitchen sink and didn't put the plumbing back together (extra cost: $220) *Carlos cost: $250 -Basement door lock (2 months of waiting time. This left my property unlocked and exposed) -While doing drywall, sheetrock, and paintwork, there were no drop cloths used in the process which resulted in paint splatter, mud, and drips of unknown substance all over my home. His team did clean up the mess but was one of the sloppiest drywall jobs I have ever seen. I interviewed one of his employees the day before they started and he tells me, "My specialty is drywall, sheetrock, and paint work." -during the installation of the garbage disposal, there were large drops of an unknown substance under the sink. -City violation for working on an ECA Critical slope. He should have known this before starting the project. (Extra fees associated with the violation are close to $10,000) -Response time to any detailed text or email would take anywhere from a few days to a week. I even flew out to Seattle from my home in Reno to review the remaining scope of work and he pretty much forgot that we were meeting. I called him after he was half an hour late and reminded him that I flew in for the meeting and he was late. I was a solid customer and paid all of my invoices on time. I would even provide the team some lunch, drinks, snacks, and donuts in the morning. I would have expected to receive a higher quality of work after spending over $40,000 with CSC, LLC.

In 2022 Ron was responsive and ensured the window panes were replaced. In May of 2026 more seals on the same batch of windows failed, but now Ron is no longer responsive. He put us in touch with an Alside branch manager (who FINALLY sent us a list of the serial numbers for our windows) and washed his hands of us. Ron didn't responded to my last email, just forwarded it to the Alside Rep. So while their work is fine, their customer service isn't.
