They had a sign that said they have no-credit check payment plans, so what a perfect place to take a vehicle that needs several repairs and it will all cost a pretty penny!?! I called to ask about the payment plan and the woman I talked to was so helpful and explained the whole program to me. She sent me a link in a text message to apply. I was approved, and then the shop got the van in the very next day. All repairs were done, and I picked it back up the next morning. The guy in the shop was amazing! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He even gave me very sound advice on my other vehicle. My payments ended up being very reasonable and I will have it paid off in 14 months. So easy!!!

A big shoutout and kudos to Nate with Road Warrior Roadside Service!…read more My car began to lose power when I was on I-96 during rush hour recently. I managed to limp the car off an exit ramp leading to the Belt Line. Fortunately, I managed to get my car out of the way of other people who were exiting. But, it was clear to me that I needed a tow truck. I have AAA. And I called AAA. But, all it did was to lead me through a series of frustrating prompts to a website that didn't take my information. It kept showing that there was an error of some kind. I tried this five or six times and gave up. Finally, I checked Yelp to see if I could find a nearby towing service. The first business that came up was Road Warrior Roadside Service. I called. Nate answered. And he was there shortly afterwards to take care of everything! Nate took me and my car to an auto repair shop close to my house. I left a key drop for the mechanics there who I know will be working on it soon. After that, Nate took me home to make sure everything was okay. Nate is a pro! I would give Nate and this business 1000 stars if I could! Thanks again, Nate! Paul

He then stormed off and sat in his truck for 45 minutes while we waited outside by our own car. I ended up having to call the company and was told he was having a bad day and we needed to give him space. We only asked him to explain what he was doing... Worst experience I've ever had. Well, they ended up hitting and bending my basketball hoop which was less than a year old. All good, accidents happen and I truly felt bad for the nice young man that did it. However, I expected the company to rectify the damage they caused or at least communicate with me to see what could be done. The dispatch lady was nice as well, but the owner not once returned a call or responded to an email after I was told he would. This is poor service and I advice not to utilize this company as there are plenty of others who I'm sure would take responsibility if they made a mistake.
