Once again, stellar service. This is the kind of service one hopes for but rarely finds when when buying a car and using the dealership service center. I continue to be very impressed. I am especially grateful for Brandon's professional attention to my questions and my car's needs. If you are looking for service on your car or to buy a wonderful Lincoln you owe it to yourself to give Pfeiffer a try. read more

The service representative who schedules maintenance is very courteous and professional. The vehicle pickup is always on time and the mechanical work is as requested. I am always satisfied with the work done there. Bob read more

While they were able to fix my car in less than 24 hours after dropping it off during after hours, I was very upset when attempting to pay for the repair. The man I spoke to on the phone was willing to accept payment over the phone, but told him I could just pay in the center. I went to the center to pick up the car and needed to pay with 2 credit cards - one I physically had with me and another that I did not physically have but had all of the information with me. Craig was very rude towards me and kept claiming that they can only take payment if the person is physically in the center...complete opposite of what the other person told me on the phone! Eventually I was able to persuade them to take both methods of payment. Pfieffer Lincoln, if you're going to adopt a policy that's against all other dealerships for taking payments over the home then for gods sake maintain consistency and educate your employees and make it explicitly clear when discussing repairs with your customers! Thoroughly disappointed. read more

Craig did a great job of troubleshooting several elusive intermittent issues with my vehicle as well as fixing the presenting problem. Customer service was exceptional. read more

Here's a Haiku I composed in honor of the Pfeiffer Lincoln Dealership on 28th street: I call for service; Everyone there is quite rude. I go elsewhere now Is it really so annoying to help someone who requires maintenance or an oil change? Why are most local dealerships run so poorly? I have no idea, but it sure makes me miss being fortunate enough to go to the better ones. (The Harvey Cadillac and the Delta Audi dealerships were always great, and I sure miss that level of service...) read more

Something called a steering gear broke. Turned my 2017 MKX into a paper weight. $3,000 to fix it. No help from Lincoln or the dealership. Not OK. How many steering gears do you think Lexus replaced this year? Faulty parts and a money grab by the dealer. read more

I was having issues with my Lincoln and scheduled a time to drop my car off. Something came up at work and I was not able to make it in. I called later that day and they rescheduled for the same day. When I got to the dealership, they introduced me to the mechanic, Larry. He asked if we could take my car for a spin so he could see what the problem was. Wishing 3 minutes he had pin pointed the exact problem. He asked if I had 15 minutes to wait. I was strapped for time but could spare 15. Within that time, he completed the repair and a recall repair on top of it. I was so impressed with his knowledge and skills. The other Pfeiffer team members were also friendly and helpful! I am thankful there is such a great Lincoln dealership in town! read more

Just make sure you have your hands on the car you want cause once the sale is done they don't really care about you. Biggest mistake was thinking the salesman was working for our best interest, but we were wrong. $42000.00 mistake on our part for walking through the door. read more

Very bad experience with this company after a simple oil change and slow tire leak turned into a $1000.00 out of pocket expense. I was told I did not have a leak and the rims were pitted. If I continued to lose air I would have to have the wheel replaced. After having new wheels mounted and paying double what I was quoted, I woke up the next day to having a slow leak in the very tire that I had gone in there for in the first place. They lied to me and said that a valve stem had not seated properly. I am not stupid, I went straight back to work and found a brand new plug on that tire I asked them to fix in the beginning. His response was that the mechanic never told him he patched the tire and oh well I was going to need new rims because of the pitting anyway. Really? I don't know about you but money is tight for me and I have bills that need to be paid so replacing wheels that did not need to be replaced based on their neglect is enough to make me sick. You may want to steer clean of this service department especially if you are a woman because I can guarantee you that they did not expect me to question that flat and find that new plug in my tire. read more

Wow!!! I did not purchase my new vehicle here but after speaking to Jodi, I feel like I did. She reached out to me based off of my experience and was genuinely concerned that I did not experience the wonderful treatment they are clearly known for. Prior to writing my 1st review, I did notice that they had mostly 5 stars which did make it difficult to rate as 1 star, but honestly the original post was what I experienced. Cal actually reached out to me as well and promised to order the floor mats I wanted and apologized for my experience. When I arrived I immediately went up to my favorite person, Sherry, she greeted me with that amazing smile and introduced me to Jodi, who seriously took my breath away! Tall and beautiful, and one of the most pleasant people I have had the pleasure of meeting! Jodi again apologized and asked if I could pull up to service where they would not only install my mats but wash my car. Jodi introduced me to everyone, it was AMAZING!! I felt like such a VIP! She even introduced me to Mr. Pfeiffer himself! I honestly felt as though I was surrounded by a family of people instead of people working for a dealership. When it came time to head to parts, Jodi surprised me with the floor mats as a gift, I asked to please take my payment and had already had my card out ready to pay but she said Merry Christmas and the only thing I could do was hug her and say thank you so thank you so much!! As a widower, I knew I was going to be spending this holiday alone and honestly this was the kindest gesture I could have imagined to receive!!! She even gave me a Lincoln Stainless Steel cup! When my vehicle was finished, they not only installed the mats, washed vehicle, but even filled up the washer fluid since it was running low! I never even expected that!! By the time I left I even learned that this amazing dealership has been sharing their service department for a neighboring dealership while they underwent renovations!!! SERIOUSLY??!!! WOW! This actually speaks highly of everyone at Lincoln. I can honestly say that I LOVE Pfeiffer Lincoln and plan to continue coming here for all of my vehicle's needs. Once I'm ready to trade in my car, this will be the only place I consider, I honestly feel like part of their Lincoln family. THANK YOU!!! read more

Even though out of state delivery was involved, buying a car at Pfeiffer was a smooth transaction. The experienced salesman, Mike McCoy, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the line, as well as the sales process/paperwork and provided information, advice, etc. as needed... even delivered the product. It appears the price was pretty fair, too....not bargain basement, but fair. So far, I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend that someone check out what they have on the lot. read more

Purchased my first ever vehicle from this dealership. Eric, my salesman, was far more interested in getting me in the perfect vehicle for the right price than he was about collecting his commission check. Well, I was looking for a new used car, they had a Jaguar that I wanted to buy, so I filled in the "request Information" and got three e-mails, one saying welcome, one saying the my current car information was well received and a third from the internet sales mgr., saying that I would be contacted within 2hrs, so ok the e-mail was sent at 10PM, so the next day , nothing, day after, still nothing, it's been a week now so I figured that they do not want my business or money. It's sad that nobody pays attention to the customer, what a way to ruin a dealership. Good luck, I will be my new used car somewhere else. read more

If you buy a car from this dealership, they may email your personal information to someone in another state and then ignore that person's attempts to correct the issue. They will just continue to spam, even through unsubscribe requests and emails to management. One of those spam emails might contain an offer to review the dealership on Yelp, and said spam victim just might take them up on it. read more

From the date we purchased our MKZ three years ago to now, we have had excellent service from this dealer. Our car is always washed after any service, even an oil change. Would totally recommend buying and servicing a car here. read more

What's cool about Pfeiffer is they give everyone red carpet treatment, whether you're buying a fancy new Lincoln or something off the used lot. Back in 2007 or so, I bought a 2005 Mazda 6 from Pfeiffer Lincoln. Our experience was very good, so later we bought a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer which also went very well. Recently, the Mazda went kaput (after 130,000 miles), so I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla from Pfeiffer. The price seemed crazy low for such a new vehicle with low miles. There were a couple of minor issues shortly after taking delivery, and I figured since I opted not to go with the warranty I would be on the hook for the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when the problems were taken care of as a "customer courtesy." Sweet! Later, the "low tire pressure" light was on, and I was in the neighborhood, so I stopped in and was willing to pay a reasonable fee to have the air topped off. The service manager himself took care of it, and sent me off with zero charge. Again, a "customer courtesy." Little things like that are what keep me coming back. read more

I hate to write a negative review but am feeling very mislead and disappointed by a car purchase my husband and I made many years ago. We purchased a 2010 Mercury Milan from Pfeiffer Lincoln in May of 2011. We paid $17,000 ($10,000) of which we financed. We took excellent care of the vehicle and it was, all in all, a very good car for us. This past Monday my husband and I decided to trade in the Milan for a new vehicle for our family. The dealer had informally offered us $5,500 for the vehicle upon receiving a clean Carfax report. Much to my surprise I was informed that our vehicle was in a significant accident (airbags deployed, car towed, etc.) 2 months prior to us purchasing the vehicle... we were NEVER informed of this! Had we known of this, we would likely have not bought the vehicle or at the very least negotiated a better price. I bought my very first car from this dealer in 2004 and my family has purchased several vehicles from them over the years; I really thought I was in good hands. read more

Purchased an MKZ back in March and have regretted my decision every day, actually every single time I put the car in reverse. The one single requirement I had in a car, that I said over and over, was I need Bluetooth. I was assured it was equipped. jokes on me. after a few miles down the road the tranny downshifts harshly and slams around 25mph. the reverse sensors hold a constant beep for no good reason too. I let dealership know immediately and they pull me aside and say they will pay my deductible to get tranny fixed if I wait for about a month. that way the warranty I purchased will cover the job. not the dealership. tech scanned the reverse sensors and said they are working properly. lie. so I bring it back to check sensors again. same response. I then buy a k & n air filter so I can take care of my vehicle. the filter it came with was black. I mean BLACK. I then look at all of my fluids. brake fluid is extremely low. coolant is very low. power steering fluid doesn't even register in the reservoir. I bring the car in to the dealership and the techs have gone home. a service clerk blows me off until I get upset about my fluids. call pfieffer, they will say they do a 80 something point check on all vehicles. lie. black air filter. c'mon. so the service clerk proceeds to over fill every single reservoir and pours fluids all over my engine compartment. when I state that you shouldn't overfill fluids he says "its obvious there is a leak so it will just leak out". angry, I get into my car, put it in reverse and with nothing behind me my reverse sensors hold a constant beep. the service clerk asks what that noise is and I give him the business about those sensors. so, I bring the car in AGAIN and my fluid levels are corrected and they scan the sensors again, "two sensors are malfunctioning" they say. price tag, $700!! im pissed at this point. the sales guy says they can unhook the sensors so they wont beep. I say "F it, im so sick of dealing with you!" now, everytime I put my car in reverse, the car beeps at me and puts a check reverse sensor msg on my dash and I have to push reset to make it go away. every. time. WHEN I APPROACH THE SALES DEPARTMENT THEY PASS ME AROUND WITH NOONE ACTUALLY TAKING RESPONSBILITIY OR EVEN SAYING SORRY!!!!! SERVICE GUYS TREAT ME POORLY AND SAY THINGS LIKE "MAYBE THATS JUST THE BEAST", WHEN REFERRING TO MY CONSTANT STRUGGLES AND LACK OF TRUST WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I BOUGHT FROM A DEALERSHIP BECAUSE I WANTED TO TRUST THE PURCHASE I MADE BUT ALL I HAVE GOTTEN WAS GRIEF. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!! read more
