They had a sign that said they have no-credit check payment plans, so what a perfect place to take a vehicle that needs several repairs and it will all cost a pretty penny!?! I called to ask about the payment plan and the woman I talked to was so helpful and explained the whole program to me. She sent me a link in a text message to apply. I was approved, and then the shop got the van in the very next day. All repairs were done, and I picked it back up the next morning. The guy in the shop was amazing! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He even gave me very sound advice on my other vehicle. My payments ended up being very reasonable and I will have it paid off in 14 months. So easy!!!

He took my car into the garage and worked a small miracle on my car. The dent was gone and the bumper was reattached. Jim, the person that does estimates at Burton Heights Auto Body will promise to do things and then…read morenot follow through. I had an insurance claim that needed attention. Jim gave me an estimate a few months ago for additional minor repairs along with a complete paint job. When it came time to do the work, Jim then increased the price dramatically. He then promised to raise the vehicle on a lift when it was in the shop to give me a more accurate estimate. That new estimate never happened as Jim said parts were not available. I checked online as soon as I returned home and found several sources for parts. I also asked for an alignment while my vehicle was in the shop. Jim told me that someone crawled underneath the car and said it did not need an alignment. That is not how you check alignment. Really, If the vehicle pulls to the left or right then it is alignment related. The vehicle was never raised on a hoist nor put on an alignment rack. I let Burton Heights Auto Body repair my vehicle and was not satisfied with the service, nor the deceit and unkept promises. I have referred many people to this establishment in the past making the company many thousands of dollars. That does not include the thousands that I have spent. Yet, when I had to go through the process all Jim cared about was the insurance check and not making the customer happy by meeting the requirements and promises that he made to me. The man I spoke to on the phone was willing to accept payment over the phone, but told him I could just pay in the center. I went to the center to pick up the car and needed to pay with 2 credit cards - one I physically had with me and another that I did not physically have but had all of the information with me. Craig was very rude towards me and kept claiming that they can only take payment if the person is physically in the center...complete opposite of what the other person told me on the phone! Eventually I was able to persuade them to take both methods of payment. Pfieffer Lincoln, if you're going to adopt a policy that's against all other dealerships for taking payments over the home then for gods sake maintain consistency and educate your employees and make it explicitly clear when discussing repairs with your customers! Thoroughly disappointed.
