From the moment we contacted them, they went above and beyond to help us. They got the car in quickly, carefully explained what was wrong, answered all of our questions, and provided a clear, trustworthy quote with absolutely no pressure. Their customer service was outstanding and gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful situation. The staff is welcoming, professional, and truly cares about their customers. The waiting area is inviting and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like drinks, coffee, and cookies. They also offer great perks like a courtesy shuttle service and a warranty on their work. What impressed us even more was that they called a week later just to check on how the car was doing. That level of care is rare these days. A special thank you to Anthony and Aliesha for your kindness, professionalism, and incredible service. You truly went above and beyond any other place we have ever taken our car. If you're looking for honest, trustworthy, and exceptional auto service, we highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive of Jamestown in Michigan.
