Quickly and efficiently, they fixed the tire then mounted it as the spare tire which was over 20 years old. The set of tires purchase elsewhere out of state where we live were two weeks old. I bought a new replacement tire, and it was mounted and balanced. The pricing was very fair. I watched and saw numerous people helped with consistent caring service on a Saturday morning. We came in for service to a leaky tire and from the moment we walked in the door these guys were super welcoming and had genuine smiles and a willingness to help. There is NOT a lot of good customer service out here now days and one of the last places you'd expect to see it is a tire shop but they blew us away. They made sure they checked all boxes when it comes to Customer Service and fast service. Everyone made eye contact and smiled. I just wish there was a way for employees like this to constantly get the recognition they deserve. I Manage in a 5 diamond Customer Service industry and if I could hire this whole team I WOULD! As it was very cold and snowy, she was informed that AAA would take 2 hours to tow. The responding MI State Trooper suggested a tow and summoned it from an unknown source. Neither the Trooper nor the "Reliable " (Holland, MI) tow truck driver informed her of any possible charges. It took the tow driver approximately 10 minutes to pull out the car and leave it on the left shoulder of the highway within a quarter mile of exit #41. He didn't drop the car off where she could see how operational it was without speeding trucks and cars. He then proceeded to charge her $319.30 for this very limited service. She was very traumatized and upset by this whole incident, and she still had a 3 hour drive to make it home. Had she known the price beforehand, she would've called me back, and we would've refused the service. I am extremely disappointed in the response that took advantage of a young and vulnerable woman.
