Mitch always made the experience feel more professional, and I've noticed a difference since he hasn't been around as much. The gentleman who seems to be running things now hasn't been very friendly or professional in my experience. He doesn't seem very coordinated when it comes to directing the employees in the shop, and when customers ask questions, his responses can come across as rude and unwelcoming. Customers should feel comfortable asking questions about their vehicles without feeling like they're being a bother. On top of that, after my most recent visit, I left and now seem to be experiencing an oil leak, which is concerning. I can't say for certain that the service caused it, but the timing is definitely frustrating and has left me questioning the quality of the work being done. It's disappointing to see a place I used to feel comfortable going to change this much.
