No control of lines so when the Honda needed something two cars in front of me, my line simply stopped while the other line kept moving. No explanation. No control. Nothing. Car behind me jumped that arrive nearly an hour after I arrived. No one from the inside cared. Note for valvoline. You have business so you obviously don't need nor care an out business. But our family does have three cars, one is a fleet vehicle. You can apologize or whatever, but may as well save it as I, my family, nor fleet will not be back. When you do not care, the customer does not care. The guy in front of me told me he had been here for 1.5 hours. So he got here 15 minutes prior to me. The smart guy who jumped to the other lines, the one who arrived 45 minutes after me, got in ahead of me. Employees do not care. Everyone...think of all of this and the other reviews prior to visiting. * Expensive * Slow * Waits as long as 2 hours for your 'quick' oil change. * No control over lines. First come first serve doesn't apply. * Up charges Total time for me: 2 hours and 18 minutes. Less time by about an hour if you chose the correct bay. I chose incorrectly.
