My experience with this business was horrible. I spent $700 at this establishment, only to have my cart returned to me with a large dent in my rear panel. This WAS NOT there when I dropped it off. They took no responsibility for this damage and told me they couldn't do anything for me. They are dishonest and I will never ever back, nor refer anyone to them. read more

Went there to get some exhaust work done. I have a V6 Charger & wanted to swap out the mufflers & resonators as well as add exhaust tips. I brought mufflers, glass packs & exhaust tips with me for them to install. They tell me the exhaust tips wouldnt fit & they didnt have any for me to purchase which I wasn't too mad about. They tried to convert it to a true dual exhaust but the two cherry bomb mufflers I had didnt have enough space underneath the car so I kept the factory Y pipe & had only one cherry bomb muffler installed with the glass packs. Took them 3 hours & I was charged $330!!! I was the SECOND person in the shop that morning. On top of that they charged me $195 for labor smh... I felt like they were milking the clock to get more money honestly & I'll never go there again. read more

Absolutely the unfriendliest place I have ever been too! Went there for an oil change. The man at the desk had no greeting what so ever other than, "what do you need"? The guy that came out to get my vehicle never said a word when he took the keys from me, or when he brought it out when he was finished. I said "Thank You", his response was "yeah". Guess it explains why this was the only shop that could get me in within the hour for the oil change. The parking lot was full of cars, but in two of the three bays, the mechanics were sitting around reading a book. That was the first and last time I'll go there for any kind of service....was actually an eerie experience! read more

The work completed was as expected. I guess I shouldn't expect good customer service at a muffler shop, right? Not a friendly crew but the work was completed in a timely manner. I'd go back but with low expectations to be treated as an important part of the business. read more

If I could give them a lower rating I would. We have taken several of our cars here for oil changes and brakes for years. On our last visit we asked for (and PAID FOR) a "full service" oil change - which is supposed to include topping off all fluids. Well, when they brought it to us we asked if the transmission fluid was OK (we thought there was an issue with it). The guy said "I don't know, I didn't check it." [Red Flag #1] He was sent back to check it. When he opened our hood the hood mount broke. The "guy in charge" apologized and said they would fix it the next business day. Checked the transmission fluid, which was OK. Sent me on my way. Next business day - and the following FOUR business days - no call about the part being in. During this time (let's call it Day three) the washer fluid ran out after being used twice!! Guess they forgot to fill that one too!! [Red Flag #2] Called on day five. "Forgot to order it. I'll do that right away." [Red Flag #3] ONE WEEK later, still no call. [Red Flag #4] Took it in today to get the part replaced. THEY CHARGED US FOR IT!! They said "it was broken already, you just didn't know it." Really?!?!? My husband asked them if they were willing to lose a customer over the cost of that part. The guy responded with "well I HAVE to charge you something!" [Red Flag #5] Well, the part was paid for EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGED US FOR A FULL SERVICE OIL CHANGE THAT WE NEVER GOT and it is the last money they will ever get from us!! read more

Had an oil change and then noticed that I had an oil leak a couple weeks later. I checked the oil level and it was high. I took it back, and Steve and Rich said it was high...they drained it and filled it back up but would not put it in writing. They said overfilling the oil would not cause any leaks. I would not recommend service here. Rude! read more
