They kept me well informed throughout the process. My truck is a diesel Colorado, which is uncommon. I thought I needed a starter. Rosewood determined that mechanically my truck was fine and the issue was likely somewhere in the truck's electronics. However, they did not have the specialized diagnostic equipment needed to determine which component was the issue. Although they spent significant time working on my truck, they charged me $0.00 and recommended a near-by shop more specialized in diesel repair. I know that phone call was hard for them to make, but it speaks volumes about their high-level of honesty & integrity. Thankyou Rosewood Auto!
