He took my car into the garage and worked a small miracle on my car. The dent was gone and the bumper was reattached. We have gone to this place for over 40 years and have always gotten great service, but with new owners now, I was not sure. They are definitely keeping up the great work that Jim started. They were kind, respectful and so willing to help. I would recommend this place to anyone who admires good service with a smile. Thank you again for your kindness. I will be back. Cathy Mulder

Jim gave me an estimate a few months ago for additional minor repairs along with a complete paint job. When it came time to do the work, Jim then increased the price dramatically. He then promised to raise the vehicle on a lift when it was in the shop to give me a more accurate estimate. That new estimate never happened as Jim said parts were not available. I checked online as soon as I returned home and found several sources for parts. I also asked for an alignment while my vehicle was in the shop. Jim told me that someone crawled underneath the car and said it did not need an alignment. That is not how you check alignment. Really, If the vehicle pulls to the left or right then it is alignment related. The vehicle was never raised on a hoist nor put on an alignment rack. I let Burton Heights Auto Body repair my vehicle and was not satisfied with the service, nor the deceit and unkept promises. I have referred many people to this establishment in the past making the company many thousands of dollars. That does not include the thousands that I have spent. Yet, when I had to go through the process all Jim cared about was the insurance check and not making the customer happy by meeting the requirements and promises that he made to me. Deceit is not good business... NO MORE REFFERALS!

He showed up with a nicely designed, clean, relatively new looking tow truck and he didn't charge $10.00 extra to have it put up on the flat bed. He was friendly, professional and even gave me a hint about how tow companies work. He said competition is tough when you have tow companies who have listings under different names, they know you are going to call around for pricing but what you don't know is that they are listed under different names and chances are they pick you up on their caller id and with each call they come down a dollar or two. I highly recommend this company for their work and that very valuable tip on how you get played.

I've had to call them every time the truck was supposed to have been done and wasn't for some reason or another. Last week it was early this week. Wednesday it was tomorrow. Thursday it was tomorrow by 3. Today I had to call at 2:00 to make sure it was done and was told I could pick it up anytime before 3:00 because they were closing early. When I asked why they never called so I could actually make it there by 3:00 she claimed she had just then been told it was done. I really don't believe her this time. Every time I have called she was just about to call me. She did make arrangements for me to pick up the car on Saturday, but it really is the least they could do at this point. They have had the vehicle for 22 days for a $3,000 repair. In the end they did good work. Worked out the details and met us on Saturday to pick up the truck. Will I go back? I don't know. I sure do wish they communicated better.
