I would definitely recommend them and will be going back for any future needs on my vehicles. I brought my vehicle in for some front end suspension work and they found some additional issues that they put on as a "Watch" item that didn't necessarily need to be done right away but that I should keep an eye on. I am glad they didn't try to push those items saying they were needed right now but the actually let me know to keep an eye on them. I did end up just getting everything repaired as I knew some of them were going to be needing to be done soon anyway. Staff was friendly and I really liked the photos that are included in your estimates showing work progress and areas of concern.

I have been going to this shop for more than 20 years, always had a great experience. I was a…read morelittle apprehensive this time as I found a new owner but I thought a new owner would not make a difference. I was very wrong! I asked them to replace brakes in our Lexus Nx200t. They charged me to replace both brake pads and rotors, front and back. The brakes were functioning normally but the car started making a squeaking sound whenever I was turning right. They agreed to look into it but I had to take it back twice; the first time they sent me back although they told me to come on a Monday morning. After the second visit, they said that my wheel bearings needed replacement and the squeaking sound had nothing to do with the brake job. I argued that the sound came only during turning sharply, but they were dismissive. I took my car to Doc's automotive, and they were surprised that the brakes had not been greased. Doc's Automotive fixed the noise but I had to pay a good amount of money, which included three hours of labor. I need to mention that the Lexus came with a lock for lug nuts and they used unnecessarily high torque to shear the lock and lug nuts in the front wheels. Doc's automotive said that the back ones were crushed and new wheel lug studs had to be put in. I will never go back to this store again.
