They don't care about the customer after the sale. Terrible service and shady sales practices.

No matter your financial situation? That is a lie. You need perfect credit and a ton of money before they will even talk to you.

I know it seems weird to review a dealer that I didn't buy a car from, but I had unusual…read morecircumstances, too. Having just been granted disability, I was in the market for a car and wasn't sure if I could get backpay to buy it out-of-pocket. Whoever I worked with (I'm sorry I don't remember a name, but it's been five years) made sure I knew my financing options if I couldn't get my money all at once (no one else was willing to finance me without a cosigner), and when I found out I could, was kind enough to provide the detailed write-up the government wanted. I was able to get a car thanks to Paradise, even though they didn't sell it to me. I'm definitely coming back if something happens to my car--they're the only ones I trust to help me out.

However, that was not my experience at all. Instead of offering in-house financing as advertised, they ran my application through an outside lender (Credit Acceptance). On top of that, I was told I would need to put down $5,500 on a vehicle -- which completely defeats the purpose of working with a BHPH dealer in the first place. At no point upfront was it made clear that they rely on third-party financing or require such a large down payment. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: advertise flexible in-house financing to get customers in the door, then switch to traditional subprime lending with steep requirements. If you are specifically looking for a true Buy Here Pay Here dealership that works directly with customers on financing, I would strongly recommend asking very direct questions before engaging with this business -- or considering other options entirely. Transparency matters, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

Not impressed. They want to charge you extra for external funds transfers from another bank unless…read moreyou want to wait 5 days for the transfer to take place. These transfers are done electronically, so there is no good reason to make you wait for a transfer from one bank to another and no reason to charge you for it, as if someone has to physically pick up the cash and take it there. There is no actual cash changing hands, it's digital. My other complaint is that they make you wait 7 days to clear a large paycheck, even if that check is drawn from an account that deposits funds regularly to your account. I received a bonus check from my employer that was larger than the portion of my checks that get direct deposited into my account. I wasn't asking for the cash, I just wanted to deposit it and have it available to me, but they said they had to put a hold on it, even though the check was drawn from the same account as my direst deposits. My employer never bounced a check and there was no reason to make me wait for those funds (even though I wasn't planning on using them right away). I also do not like their website. You can't easily find your actual account numbers if you need to sign up for direct deposit or to pay bills. It's also annoying that every time I sign in, I have to decline some offer and when you click on "do not remind me again" or other options like that, they still pop up every time. I just want to log in and do my business, if I want any extra offers or services, I will inquire about them! Also, in person, they almost NEVER have more than one person working the window/counter at a time and having to 'sign in' and explain all your business to someone BEFORE talking to the person you're supposed to be explaining your business to is annoying. If you need to see someone about a loan or something, you should just be able to sign in and wait, so you don't have to have the same conversation with multiple people. And, that's another thing, if you need to talk to someone about your account or request a loan, there's only ever one person doing THAT as well. I wouldn't recommend Case to anyone.
