Whoever I worked with (I'm sorry I don't remember a name, but it's been five years) made sure I knew my financing options if I couldn't get my money all at once (no one else was willing to finance me without a cosigner), and when I found out I could, was kind enough to provide the detailed write-up the government wanted. However, that was not my experience at all. Instead of offering in-house financing as advertised, they ran my application through an outside lender (Credit Acceptance). On top of that, I was told I would need to put down $5,500 on a vehicle -- which completely defeats the purpose of working with a BHPH dealer in the first place. At no point upfront was it made clear that they rely on third-party financing or require such a large down payment. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: advertise flexible in-house financing to get customers in the door, then switch to traditional subprime lending with steep requirements. If you are specifically looking for a true Buy Here Pay Here dealership that works directly with customers on financing, I would strongly recommend asking very direct questions before engaging with this business -- or considering other options entirely. Transparency matters, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

If Rachel does not like her customer service job and does not have the social skills to deal with customers she should try applying to a university and switching careers.
