Finally!!! Great Mall now has a J. Crew Factory!! I have been waiting for this day for quite some time. They have a lot a great stuff similar to the usual items you'd find in a regular store, like sweaters, cardigans, jeans, pants, blazers, shirts, accessories, etc. Since it's a factory store they obviously don't carry the same items as the ones they have in season but their factory line has awesome selections too. Along with the women's and men's section, they also have a corner located at the back of the store that carries kids stuff. It's a pretty small selection since it's a combination of boys and girls but they have a lot of accessories for them too. They don't have a sale section yet but hopefully they'll add one soon! The store has select items that are between 20-50% off depending on what it is and it also has $5-10 off certain items. Student discount works here also, so take advantage of that! read more

I NEVER buy anything from the J. Crew store. Instead I come to the Factory Outlet and surf the clearance racks. This particular location is always neat and tidy, there seems to be a ample sizes for most items, and the employees are very nice. I'm a teacher, and I didn't realize they gave discounts to teachers!!! I'm so bummed to realize that now, but I'm definitely going to remember that the next time I visit! read more

My primary issue with J. Crew Factory stores is that the men's selection is better than the women's, in my opinion. I actually really like the regular price J. Crew clothing, but I can't seem to find similar items in the Factory store, ever. The clothes that are here for women's tend to feel a bit cheaper. The only exception is probably the chino shorts for me. The men's selection has some cute and nice dress shirts that aren't terribly expensive, especially if the entire store is 50% off. There is also a decent slim fit selection here which is nice. read more

Great layout, merchandise, organization, and prices. and the BEST customer service! I walked in 8:30 pm on a weekday looking for a specific dress in two specific sizes. Because the dress was a clearance item, there weren't very many left in any of the stores I've been to. All I did was mention it to EMILY and she was so helpful. I never imagined that I would get such good customer service when it was just a clearance item. But Emily made me feel like a priority. Because this store is open later than other locations, she took down my information and said she would call the other stores the next day. On top of that, she was thoughtful enough to ask me for second size preferences. Success! A store in Arizona called and arranged the dresses to be shipped. AND! Loved it! The layout was great and you could easily see the items on the hangers and also disaplyed on the tables. I finally found the black cocktail dress I was looking for. J.CREW is the best place to go for classic clothing such as v-necks and cardigans. Since this is the factory store, they have additional discounts offered on the sale prices, so you are getting a really good deal. The staff is also really nice and they have plenty of dressing rooms to try on the clothing. read more

I was super excited when I saw advertisements at the Great Mall that J Crew was going to be added. And now its open!! Woo hoo!! It is located in neighborhood 2, near Last Call Neiman Marcus, BCBG, and Chipotle. This location carries men, women, and their crew kids line. I've seen women's shoes, jewelry, belts, bags, and socks. I don't recalling them carrying men's shoes but don't hold me to it. There's a dedicated women's sale section in the back near the dressing room. Staff has always been friendly :) read more

Excellent customer service at this location! .Really liked the men's Thompson Suit, but they didn't have any in stock. One employee suggested that we could order in store and they would mail it to us for free. We needed it by next Tuesday, but I didn't want to pay the $25 overnight charge. I figured we could just risk it and if it didn't come in time, my fiancee could just wear something else. However, Jennifer, the manager, said she would waive the fee. To also ensure that i would get the jacket in on time, she was able to find it at another location, and convinced them to overnight it FREE OF CHARGE! So considerate and helpful! not really the best place to pick up bargain, imho. i stopped by here to look for jeans on sale, and while i saw quite a few styles and colours, the price tag was quite high for all of them...close to $100, even for factory/outlet prices! although they had a coupon circulating the store for 20% off with a new application for the j.crew credit card, the final price would still be on the high side. i've actually been to a regular, non-factory/outlet store at other malls and seen jeans on sale with an additional discount bringing the final price down to $40 or $50, which is a steal for j.crew jeans! will probably pass on shopping here going forward.... read more

We love shopping here. My niece managed to get some sweaters, dress, shoes and me a legging here. We love everything we bought here. The legging is super comfortable. But I wish they have more sizes here though. What's left on the rack are mostly size 00, 0 or S. You know not everyone are that tiny. Hope they bring in more normal sizes for people like us. read more

I emailed customer service about this experience, and they promptly replied with a personalized email detailing how they could fix it for me; they immediately credited me back for the top, and offered to send me another with waived expedited shipping. I am a bit confused with J.Crew's return and exchange policy. I came in last night because I originally wanted to exchange a pair of jeans I purchased online for a pair of jeans I found in the store that were the same model, but different color. The jeans cost about $10 more in store than online, so I asked the sales associate if he could match the price I bought it for online as he was processing the exchange, but he told me that was not possible. I then pulled up the same pair of jeans on the J.Crew factory website from my phone, told him what the current online price was, and asked if he could do a price match, to which he said no. Ok. Fair enough; if that is what J.Crew's official policy is, I am not going to argue with them. However, today, I spoke to a friend of mine who previously worked at J.Crew about what had happened, and she told me that the sales associate could have matched the online price, or at the very least, ordered the pair of jeans online and have it shipped to my house free of charge. So, considering that the aforementioned policies are still in place, I am wondering why the sales associate did not do a price match, or at the very least, explain some of the other options I had. Perhaps a J.Crew employee may reach out to me to help clear the confusion. read more

Gotta say, this is probably my favorite store in this mall right now. Quality of clothes is superb as is customer service. A worker named named lindsay, i believe, was very awesome and helpful looking for shirt size. She also told me that students got 15 percent when showing their id.
