Instead I feel like I'm having a conversation with a super knowledgeable enthusiast whose opinions I can trust. I bought my first piece, a Leben amp, and it was everything it was claimed to be. Recently I added a set of Chartwell speakers which have their special charms. Great shops like GHA make you want to return. They dig their music and they treat customers with respect - educating where helpful and never condescending. They lean towards tubes and English hifi, but spend time listening and you'll understand the charm. Prices are fair and trades are welcome and fairly valued.

I called the shop; a junior tech said the owner had done the work and promised a follow-up -- which never happened. While geek squad would charge you 100 bucks to even get within 100 yards of the laptop, these guys will help ya out and if it's easy and quick it's always been free to me. My dad recently passed away and he had old files stored on a device that I wanted access to and only after a couple of days these guys had all the files burnt onto 15 neatly stacked and labeled DVD's ready for me to explore. Greg with the assistance of Lenny spent considerable time somehow getting the image restored having to wipe the hard drive. There were other tweaks that Greg made to the OS but what would've been unusable junk is now a computer that's faster and better than the one I brought into the store. Before Greg opened Apex I used to drive out to Bremerton for computer repairs. I feel truly fortunate to have such a great computer repair shop here in town. Greg's also repaired my laptops with the same great work and quick turnaround. He's also a great guy who's just fun to talk to.

The owner of this business was incarcerated in April 2023 for killing two people in Tacoma in a DUI collision. His business partner (employee?) is keeping the business going but can not keep up with the volume of work by himself. He's trying hard, but he doesn't provide updates on product status, and you can't reach him via the listed business phone number (it's the owner's cell phone, and he's in jail). I brought in a laptop for a diagnostic and was told it would take a week. Three weeks later, it still wasn't done, and I had to go there twice to check on it. Finally, I asked for my laptop back without the diagnostic and am out $100. Time will tell if they can stabilize the business and return to providing good service. In the meantime, you're better off using a different repair provider.

I was getting charged $800 per month for two phone lines And nobody was able to give me an answer as to what was happening or why this was a reoccurring issue. I probably lost $3000 that I never saw back. When I went into this T-Mobile store, I was ready to cancel my service with this company altogether. An employee named Mason not only solved every single issue on my account but validated my concerns. He was personable and knowledgeable. I've been meaning to write a review for like six months at this point because it was such an amazing experience. I am extremely grateful for The help I received. I was starting to get anxiety month-to-month that something would go wrong no matter what, but since Mason helped me, I have not experienced a single issue on my account. He even found hidden charges that were not necessary. I would not say that I would recommend T-Mobile to anybody after what I experienced, but I would recommend Mason's help and advocacy every time.
