I've always gotten excellent service and great Mani Pedi from Anna Tried a place closer to home and much more expensive. Results there were not good. Nails chipped quickly and toes hurt for days All nail salons have ups and downs. Salon not fancy and can be a wait. But you can call ahead. I'll continue to support this small business. read more

Me and my friend came to get GEL tips, when we got there we gave them very specific nail design and asked for them to be just like the photo. The girls that helped us gave us ACRYLIC nails. They didn't even prep the nails (only buffed them and cut my friend). The nails didn't even look like the photo ( it was a VERY basic design). They were crooked . My friend ended up with French tip and I ended up with pink nails. (P.S. don't get a pedicure the tubs are gross looking and looks like you could get a fungal disease ). The girls were very aggressive. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend read more

I have been here mainly for waxing. The service is always fast, reasonably priced, & one of the best places Ive gone to get my eyebrows shaped. I was a customer of European Wax Center for over a decade, but when my waxer left, I wasnt able to get the shape I wanted, until I came here. I would recommend it based on the experience Ive had consistently coming here for my eyebrows. read more

Terrible job. Went in for a relaxing pedicure and came out with cuts on my toes. Was not enjoyable to have tools digging into my skin. My toe nails were cut way too short and my big toes are swollen and feel like they are bruised to the touch. Paint job was 1/10. The lady working on me was rushing doing her work and it was not good at all. I don't recommend. Price was low, so service was poor. No oils, no warm towels, no scrubs. If my toes become ingrown, I will sue. read more

Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended Tried this shop for the first time and was very disappointed. I went in for a pedicure, and it was the fastest one I've ever had, finished in just 12 minutes! I specifically told the attendant that I wanted the hardened cuticles removed, but she brushed off my request and continued with her routine. She barely touched the cuticles, clipped my nails too close to the skin, and didn't even file the edges to smooth them out. Then she rushed to apply the polish with no attention to detail. The whole experience felt careless and rushed. Definitely not worth the money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Don't waste your time going here. Service is terrible. If you want a pedicure, they don't massage your legs, they spent literally 10 mins on my pedicure and that's it. I decided not to have the manicure done and walked out. read more

Wouldn't recommend it's bubbly she left nail polish on my skin. Just felt like she wanted me out of there quick and easy. read more

I've been coming here for almost a year now and always get the best customer service. A tip I would give you all is to call about two days ahead and make an appointment! These ladies are super busy! I always make an appointment with Kathy, she's my go to when it comes to acrylics. Annie is also really good! They both are also great at pedicures. If you need your eyebrows waxed, annie should be your go to! Highly recommend this place! read more

I love this place! I've been to other nail salons in the area but this is the spot!! Lynn does such an amazing job on my nails and makes sure I'm happy! She is a true artist. She also does amazing pedicure. They last so long too. Annie also is an amazing waxer. This is the place to go for your nail and waxing needs! I don't write reviews lots but when I see a place really trying and taking care of the community I want people to know! Go here!! read more

I had gotten my nails done a couple weeks prior at same location so I went & asked to get them removed & just do a gel manicure. when I went in the lady cut a plastic tip & put it between my real nail & acrylic nail to rip them off, on the first nail I told her to do the tin foil method & acetone & she said yes but processed to do the same thing of pulling off my acrylic nail off by slicing them w the plastic tip. I pulled away & said it hurt if she would do the tinfoil method, she said yes again but continued to do it. I couldn't even look her way when she was pulling them off. I let her do it until she ripped my whole nail off & just made me put it near a fan. After that she filed the remaining nails. To top it off I had my card on the table with my phone so it wouldn't get oily w the lotion, she got it & charge me herself while I washed my hands. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. read more

Friendly ,fast, and inexpensive. Got mani pedi for $45 , buff only for fingernails and just clear coat on toes. Not 100 percent sure I'll return . Just because I preferred see every item used on me be sterile and sealed; as In not a single item shared with station next to me. Nail clippers used looked like they belonged to someone owns a toolbox, not a nail salon. Wish I had better review to provide for those looking for nail salon. read more

If i could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The lady in the far back table,(didn't catch her name), cut me with the sanding machine TWICE! Then, when I was done choosing the color for my nails, she said no, that color is ugly and gets dirty soon. I still can't believe I changed nail colors because of what she had said... finally, she ended up leaving the nails uneven and crooked! I was mad but kept cool. She said, $40 for you. I just couldn't believe she never apologized for cutting me. I DID NOT LEAVE A TIP! Honestly surprised they are licensed to do this. read more

not the best with paying customers. very disrespectful to incoming people. i got a pedi and it wasn't the best either

Jc nails is by far my favorite nail place in watsonville... i always look for Lynn, she is the best. She gives me exactly what i want every single time. Her white tips are as straight as can be. Nail shape is always perfect. Only reason why i gave 4 stars is because sometimes i do have to wait for a long time before i get serviced. I always call ahead of time. P.s Kathy does great work too!! read more

Love Annie for wax only problem is having to wait long time even if you have an appt. manicures are not the best cause they are always rushed so they come out ok. Terrible place, I do not recommend. I don't know who it was, but she's elderly and sits in the left if you're just walking in. She cut my skin in multiple places, even as far as cutting past the cuticle. She left side heavy, so there was literally holes in my nails from her sawing it off to apply the gel polish. She messed up, so she sawed off my nails some more to redo it. VERY DISPLEASED! read more

Honestly one of the dirtiest workstations I've seen. There's dust and dirt on the appliances and there's so much gunk on the brushes and nail polishes from not being cleaned off after use. I loved my nails but not worth the potential infection I can get from how dirty everything was read more

I walked in an hour ago, with my two girls and asked for 3 pedicures and a manicure. They were absolutely understaffed and I had a feeling it was going to be a while. But once they started letting other people go ahead of us, I was not happy. I got up and told them we were going to leave of they were going to let others cut in line, they didn't seem to care. The place was filthy, the MAN who did my toes was scrolling on his cell phone while working on me... The Massage "treatment" on arms and legs were so short, it wasn't worth the time. I will never go back! My toes didn't look that bad, but could have been better. read more

I don't like that the lady doing my nails rushed through my visit. My husband took me for my bday & I was excited but ended up with air bubbles in my nails she also didn't fill my whole nail with the polish and gel & she messed up on the design that I originally asked for & she just left it like that. My second time here, enjoyed a very good pedicure for the reasonable price of $20. The people are welcoming and true professionals

There was no greeting upon walking into salon. Once I was finally acknowledged I was ordered to sit in a pedicure chair with no guidence or assistance. Waited for well over an hour before pedicure even started. They were limited in polish selections and staff was unexperienced in design options I showed from my phone. The lady that preformed my pedicure and manicure was rude and never asked my preference on how I wanted the shape of my nails or how short I wanted them. The only massage I received was when she rubbed in the lotion for a short 10 seconds. After pedicure, they started my manicure. Lady again was very rude by shoving my hand into the light machine over and over again. After all was done I got up and washed my hands. When I returned to gather my personal belongings and pay, I was shocked that all my belongings were removed and placed near the door and another lady was sitting in my chair already recieving services. Not only was the customer service horrible I feel like I was over charged for a bad paint job. 10 minutes after leaving the salon I had to go back because my nails were already lifting and it was noticeable that the lady put too much polish on my nails without accurately sealing them so I had to go back and have her correct it. When I went back to have my polish redone the lady did not apologize but instead started talking in Korean and giving my dirty looks. Worst experience I have ever had! I will never go back even if you paid me. read more

I am only giving it 1 star because I have to so that I am able to write about this place...... I went in to get nails because we have had good experiences with just getting our nails painted. DO NOT get your nails done at this place...the lady was going to send me away with nails that are uneven, that flare out at the top, and it looks like she did not touch them with a buffer, they are so thick. Now I have to go get them fixed! The WORST experience I have ever had with my nails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I just got the worst full set I've ever gotten in my life!! I'm new to the area and needed my nails done and had driven by this place a few times. I walk in and I'm greeted and seated fairly quickly. I show the lady a picture I found on Instagram and tell her that I want my nails done exactly like the photo, which wasn't anything too fancy or difficult to do; just a solid lavender color and some Jewels on the ring fingers. First, the color wasn't what I had asked for and second the jewels were so crooked and poorly placed that in all honestly, my 12 year old sister could have done a better job! Not to mention the nails themselves are all uneven and poorly shaped. Then she charges me $40 for that mess of a job. It's now been about 6hrs since I left the salon and almost all the jewels have fallen off!!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!! read more

I've gotten my nails done once and I could tell my manicurist was new, so I simplified what I wanted and she was so sweet and even offered to do add ons. Annie is the best and only one I trust to shape my brows. She takes reservations so save yourself the waiting period and call in. I am a regular and rarely wait more than ten minutes! I went in for a manicure, and the woman who did my nails painfully ripped my cuticles off and made the area around my nails bleed. Even a day later, my fingers are still sore and sensitive. She apologized and wiped the blood off with the towel on which my hands rested. That seemed very unhygienic to me. I thought she was going to get a clean paper towel, but instead she just wiped the blood off with the hand towel that was already there. I can't help but wonder if that towel was used on the previous or next customers. read more

This place sucked never coming back again!!! I was in town for a couple hours while my bf got his haircut I decided to stop and get a manicure shellac here and I've never been to a nail spot that finishes in 20 min tops she didn't even take her time she was in a hurry for some reason and wasn't even busy. My nails are cut horribly and shaped so wrong! She only added 2 layers of shellac and didn't even really file my nails. Wish I could give a no star. read more

This place is great, Annie does the best Eyebrow waxes in town. I tell all my friends to go there.

This place is great except when they are busy. Lynn is new and I found she always takes her time with clients and makes sure she takes care of them first, rather than rushing you and lining up a new client like the others do. Kathy is always rushing her clients and often miss spots on nails and ends up smudging and having to redo them. Annie does a great job with waxing but is so busy and sometimes you're waiting for up to 45 minutes before it is your turn. read more
