The really special part of my experience was the regulars. So if you are a senior citizen on a fixed income dining with another couple, be prepared to just split the bill. Or, have a calculator ready and cash on hand to pay for your share. I go to many, many restaurants in the surrounding area that have no problem giving separate checks to the separate couples within a party.
