I looked them up and saw that they had JUST created a Yelp entry with no reviews to be found anywhere - I figured, OK, new company, looking to get themselves established. Even though they were pushing me to redo my entire driveway, I asked if they'd just fill the current holes and sealcoat it because we didn't budget for such a big job this year. They agreed. Work was done while I was away, and I asked how long we should stay off the driveway. We were told 48 hours. Unfortunately even weeks later, we're still getting the material sticking to our tires, shoes, and even our dog's paws. There are black footprints everywhere. The job itself was also sloppy. Loose debris from the driveway was just left piled up on our grass. The coating was splashed around everywhere, including our garage doors and porch pillars. The material used to fill the holes was loose and is already crumbling out. They seemingly didn't remove any material from the driveway before doing the coating, because we have small rocks, leaves, weeds etc. all coated black and half-stuck to the driveway. Shoddy workmanship, no follow-up from the company...can't recommend them at all.

Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

First being that the sales team should DEFINITELY keep a physical color sample wheel for all of their appointments. It was difficult to choose a color when looking at them on a screen rather than seeing it in person. This created a temporary issue which was ultimately resolved but was an unnecessary delay. Next there are certain materials besides the siding which need to be touched on a little more, for example, the aluminum strip along my chimney would've looked nicer if it matched with the siding rather than it being white. Its a huge contrast that sticks out to me. More attention to detail on certain material colors would've been nice. All in all, the outcome is nice. There are just some things that I wish were different about my initial experience. A very polite and friendly man came to my door on Sunday afternoon. The fact that this company thinks it is ok to bother me on a weekend, on fathers day specifically. I take that as rudeness and disrespect from the company. I have to say no tell a smiling face who isn't selling anything no they never are they just wanna do an assessment... I have to tell them no when no is never accepted. So I have to be assertive with a stranger during an unexpected visit on my day off or get peer pressured into a sales pitch.
