They answered swiftly and set me up with an appointment with their sales rep Sadek. We spent some time together looking through samples, going over the material they would use for my new roof. Sadek covered all of his bases. He was honest and a very friendly gentleman. I was sold based on his presentation and he gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. 1 week later, we had a day set to remove my solar, complete the roof, then put my solar panels back up. The crew was spectacular. The materials and dumpster came right on time too. When everything was finished my project manager Taylor and I had agreed on a day to check it all out together. As we walked around my property, he assured me that everything came out the way it was supposed to. He pointed out all of the bells and whistles of my new roof with impressive knowledge down to every detail. I'm amazed at how the people of Home Genius were able to create and execute such a memorable and seamless experience for me and my home. Due to some unusual architectural features of my home several contractors declined offering services for installation of vinyl cedar shakes. Home Genius Exteriors conducted an extensive review of the house and provided an acceptable proposal. Materials were delivered on schedule and the installers arrived immediately thereafter. However, it seems that the difficulty of the installation had been underestimated and the materials as provided could not be installed. Substitute materials had to be procured before the installation could be resumed. The new style shakes matched the originally proposed profile and were able to be installed. They were, however, significantly more labor intensive. The installation team went back to work, stayed with it, and even developed some innovative details to provide a neater finish to the installation. There were unavoidable delays due to changes in materials but the finished product matched or exceeded the look of what had been originally proposed. What impressed me the most is that through all the installation problems, the company stayed with the project, minimized the delays, and provided a good-looking finished product. The installers were first class, kept a neat work area and cleaned up at the end of each day. read more

I went to Angi trying to find a reputable company to change my siding, roof, and gutters. I trusted my gut to go with Home Genius because of their reviews not only on Angi but on google as well. I reached out to Home Genius and they were extremely quick to respond which was a great sign to me. Breanna was the one to respond ON HER HONEYMOON. I got a kick out of that . At the time of the sale, I was blown away by what Tre had presented to me. For each project, there was an incredible amount of knowledge thrown my way from both him, before I signed the dotted line, and Taylor the project manager when it came time to execute. Tre wasn't pushy or high pressure like a lot of other companies. When it came time to install the roof,siding, and gutters the crews did a most excellent job from start to finish and the clean up was unbelievable. Not a nail, not a piece of anything left behind. Each crew specialized in what they were there to install. Taylor would call me and visit every so often to check in and update me on progress with all of my projects. My experience with Home Genius has been nothing but amazing from start to finish, Titus came and was personable , knowledgeable and very detailed regarding my project. He explained everything and answered all my questions, he didn't pressure me or make me feel rushed, the staff that did the work were professional and focused on the job, I had not one complaint. Elliot came to our home and took the time to do a full inspection of our home and present us with his professional opinion on what we should do for our home We knew we needed a new roof and decided to also get gutters done. Boy are we pleased with the quality! Dylan was here for us every step of the way. He went over the contract with us the night before the job. He was here in the morning getting the project off to a good start and bringing some 2x4's to sister some joists. The crew lead by Willie worked so hard all day long to finish our 3500sq ft roof. One stop shop!! Blown away. The siding gutters and trim came out beautiful. The crew was phenomenal and professional. The driving factor for us was how organized the process was. 1 person coordinating, 1 project manager, 1 point of contact. These guys had someone for everything. Everything was done in a timely manner. They are open to suggestions throughout the project and suggestions are made as well. We touched on everything and the end result is amazing. What can I say about Home Genius other than that they did everything the RIGHT WAY. No kidding, it was seriously impressive how the sale transpired wonderfully into a finished job perfectly crafted by the hard working and attentive crew. The production side of things was every bit impressive as well. The crew not only replaced my roof but even did a couple of odd jobs for me in the same day. They were extremely helpful, cleanly, and respectful to my property. There wasn't a nail in site after they've finished. Btw, the dumpster was picked up the same day. A very positive experience with Home Genius. Project began 3 days after we signed the contract. The 8 person work crew completed the job on our big roof within 2 days. They were here from 8am to 5pm. A third day was to replace gutter guards they had removed and 2 workers finished that project. Dillon, the home inspector, Becca, the project coordinator, and Ivan, the project manager, were personable, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative. Ivan, was easy to work with and responded quickly either via a text, a phone call or home visit. I found we could depend on him for answers to questions and to coordinate our needs. If this review was just for the installation team (Lorenzo's crew) and the foreman Ivan. I would give a 5 star. The home genius installers and foreman that came to my house were very efficient and did an amazing job. They helped me to move stuff around that I couldn't move myself. The foreman was very knowledgeable with answering all my questions. The only down fall with my project came from the sales team that they did not include the skirting to my house like discussed.whiched was priced too high beyond my quote for me to have it done. Recently had 16 windows, 2 doors, and whole home vinyl siding installation with new shutters. We are so pleased with every aspect of the experience that Home Genius provided for us. It's rare that you come across a company that keeps and fulfills every one of their promises made at the sale. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Home Genius delivered on all fronts.
