They were so kind for me trying something knew.. if I didn't like it they would change it for me. It was delicious though! I brought my dog and they had treats for him & he loved the attention as well. Haha The ladies were friendly, and kind. My drink was made much quicker this time compared to the first, which I appreciated. Loved that they were on top of customer service in person & over the internet when I had questions about what to order when I arrived. It was a convenient location for me. Very easy to get in and out of their drive-thru (2 sides for drive up as& back onto west 11th. Thanks ladies! I came back again today- cause they're delicious... this time I ordered a white chocolate breve & a cinnamon roll. After seeing them post their pastries every day I had to try something. They warmed it up for me and oh my gosh it is so good!! So soft & flavorful.

Just down the street from Target, it's in very clear view right on the side of the road. 2)No seating available but... HUGE parking lot so you can park and enjoy your beverages! Perfect for meeting up with friends, or taking a date. 3)DID I MENTION HOW INEXPENSIVE IT IS?! Seriously, no other quality coffee place is this cheaply priced. Make sure to check out their monthly specials and discounts on certain days of the week! 4)Great variety of drinks! Their iced espresso drinks are to die for! But they also have a variety of teas, hot coffees, and other types of beverages as well! 5)The BEST customer service you will find anywhere. The baristas are incredibly nice and down to earth. Very friendly, but not obnoxious (like they are at Dutch Bros. Lol) Totally willing to answer any questions you may have, and always smiling. The baristas here treat each customer like a new friend. They will make you feel welcomed, and provide the best coffee experience you can imagine! 6)A VERY SPECIAL SHOUT OUT: To the amazingly kindhearted male barista with the Slitherin tattoo... My car battery died in the parking lot (because I was silly and left it running while I was talking with a friend), and he COMPLETELY SAVED THE DAY. Not only did he jump my car battery, he taught both my friend and I HOW to jump a car! He was incredibly sweet and kind. He acted like it was no big deal, but I am SO GRATEFUL. I wish I was Bill Gates or Elon Musk because I would have tipped this gentleman a gaziillion dollars if I could have. He is a modern day hero, and I will continue to come back to this coffee shop and spread the word about how AMAZING the baristas here are. Don't go anywhere else. Sip is the BEST.

I do agree on another review that the prices may not be super consistent. There's prices on the wall outside and then you get charged and it's a bit off. I think mine was supposed to be $5.25 & other drink was $6 Or something and we were charged $12 even for both drinks. It's not a huge adjustment but it's still more than what's on the board and should be updated nonetheless. Both sides are easy to access for drive thru though note that there's stuff on the side so not for wide vehicles. It's right off the corner of 99 so there's a light and access in two different areas to get in there. Makes it nice when there's traffic. I appreciate they are one of the last coffee shops that I know of that actually use powder flavoring vs only syrups. IYKYK powders are way better.

Apparently Native Coffee is a fairly new company and they've opened a couple of stands in less than a year so they seem to be off to a good start. I visited about 10 days after they opened this location so I'm not sure if they usually have drink specials or not; it didn't seem like they had any today. Luckily it doesn't tend to matter to me since I don't drink coffee; I'm a chai or lemonade gal. Their chai was really good, and though I don't know for a fact it's not Oregon Chai brand, I'd be really surprised. The chai they have here is really subtle in flavor, whereas Oregon Chai is very very sweet. I was really pleased with this drink. The guy who took my order was super friendly and thanked me for stopping by. I usually don't buy pastries when stopping at a coffee trailer, but I'm glad I asked because they were really great. I hadn't heard of a lemon roll before but yummmmm. Definitely pick one up if they still have them when you stop by, and since they keep them in the fridge for freshness I'd definitely microwave them for 30 seconds or so (actually, warm them up even if you live it at room temp for a bit). Native Coffee is a great addition to the coffee options in Eugene, and worth a stop if you're in west Eugene.
