Decided to pick up some additional mini challah loaves $6 to freeze and take back for family's Christmas. Also ordered the maple syrup winter squash cinnamon roll $8. It was heated and delicious. Could not leave without trying the chocolate chip cookies just $2. I was persuaded by MR two are better than one and now I have one for the road. My boyfriend always gets a matcha latte, and he ranks it among the top 3 in Eugene. It was insanely delicious and worthy of another trip soon! "Duckling" ordered a Mediterranean toast which was also excellent. Seating is plentiful if you arrive early enough. Parking is plentiful; lot parking in back of establishment or on the street.

Not only did we use Yelp but we backed up our decision with a google search and that took us to Reddit. Equiano was a top suggestion on both sites. And we understand why. The service was 100% top notch. Helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable, not only about what they offered but about the regions best shops! The coffee itself was very expressive. The Camaroon was totally my style with an earthier tone and the Chai was delightful. The outdoor seating was so very comfortable with a unique sort of panache that I would love to have at my neighborhood coffeeshop. The raked gravel was a nice touch. And even though they didn't have indoor seating with the drizzly day, it was a highlight that I will be repeating in our future travels.
