After painting my nails, the technician didn't even check his work. I had to point out that each nail was a different length. Only after I mentioned it did he file them all down, but he left the ends thick and uneven. When I asked him to thin out the bulky tips, he over-filed them instead, leaving rough, misshapen edges. One nail, my middle finger, is especially bumpy due to poor layering and careless filing. The overall finish looks rushed and sloppy. For $50, this level of work is unacceptable and honestly feels like something that should have cost no more than $20. I wish I could get a refund because these are not nails I am happy to walk around with.

Selected the $70 one with stones and paraffin etc. I felt this was pricy but the area probably allows it. It is 8/18 today and my feet still look like I didn't receive the pedicure. Lady tech ddnt speak English well. That is ok, But I was sure she understood I did not want gel again. Lady next to us translated my request. Stones were cold, lady warmed them up, and then burned my skin. I asked her to forget them. Kept telling her "no" with my hands. Our translator had left for the evening. This place does the nail polish b4 they do the pedicure. Never heard of that. They claim because of oils. Whatever, that is what alcohol is for. At the end of the service the "manager" insisted I get charged for the gel even if I ddnt ask for it. He said I should have payed attention to the lady's work. How about that.. lady tech confirmed I had asked for no gel. He ignored her. He charged me $90. Seemed desperate. Unbelievably rude of him. I don't live on that side of town. I said no, I want hard gel but I currently have hard gel that I need removed. They said oh you want a fill. I said well I don't think so because the gel was done by a different tech so if I need to come in early to have it assessed I can do that. The receptionist said okay perfect. I was extremely confused at the reasoning behind this phone call. I arrived at 11:40. I sat in the chair waiting for the tech I booked my apt with for 30 minutes before another tech was asking the receptionist why I was sitting there so long. Once my actual tech arrived to her station, I was asked what do I want. Um, not even a sorry for waiting so long? No explanation for the call??? I told her well you called and I currently have hard gel and I want a full set of hard gel with design (what I booked ....). She asked for inspo pics (attached to this review), I showed her the inspo set, she said she would ask another tech to take care of that for me. They spoke about the nails and what I understood was neither of them could do it. I asked if it was an issue of like not being able to execute it and she told me she normally does abstract. I am unsure what that means. I told her I had another option but I was having trouble finding it with the lack of cell service so while I was trying to connect to the wifi to show her a different set she wanted to look at my phone to fix its settings for the wifi. During her trying to fix the settings on my phone she said well let's just do the other nails she has the OTHER tech who said she couldn't do the nails looking for the colors. At this point I asked again if it was an issue of being to execute the design, because I would rather just not even start removing my current set if she doesn't feel like she can execute it. That is when she told me she didn't have enough time. That is ridiculous, as I came in EARLY and there was open availability in this techs schedule (I know this because I checked!). I will never return. This situation was extremely unprofessional. No one apologized for me sitting there for 30 minutes. I don't understand why I came in early for her to assess my nails for the appointment I booked. I was willing to switch to a different design but the whole crew at this nail salon seemed extremely incompetent, unable to problem solve, and had zero confident with their abilities as nail techs. This was an awful experience and honestly a waste of my time. Avoid this salon.
