The paint application was uneven and looked poorly done, which was especially disappointing given that we made a separate trip back to the salon. I understand that things can happen, but the overall experience felt unprofessional and left us very disappointed especially because i've been coming here for over a year every two weeks, Cindy always asks about my mom and when my mom comes in she's not even acknowledged. When customers specifically request a technician and make the effort to return for that person, I believe they should be treated with more consideration and professionalism.
