Tried It's Katsu located inside the HMart food court. The chicken katsu was nice and crispy on the outside, but the chicken itself was a bit overcooked and ended up kind of dry. I wasn't really a fan of the sides. The macaroni noodles for the Mac salad were too al dente, and the corn was overpowering. Also didn't love the dressing on the cabbage slaw. The udon noodle soup on the side was solid! Service was somewhat slow, and for what you get, the pricing is just okay. I don't think it's a terrible option if you're already shopping there

What is this exquisite meal? IT'S KATSU! I had the katsu udon combo with a side of curry. Let's just say, I made the right choice trusting them when they said "it's katsu!" There was a small error with the order so we let them know, and they brought another whole plate of food for us. They're so kind and friendly, I hope their business does well and I wish the best for them! It was their service that ultimately made this experience such an awesome-sauce experience heh. Food was solid as well! Will come back here sometime!

It's katsu is located in Hmart. We got the curry udon and and the rice bowl with pork. The rice bowl was not a quality restaurant item. The pork katsu tasted super mushy and the curry was okay. The curry was watery. The whole thing tasted microwaved to me. The curry udon was decent. The pork katsu was crispy and tasted fresh. The curry tastes like Golden curry brand you can buy in store. Customer service was great, but for the price and taste, I would not go back. The bowl was chipped and it scratched my hand while I was eating

Got the pork katsu and it did NOT disappoint crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, basically living its best life. The slaw was light, airy, refreshing and almost tricked me into thinking I was being healthy. The curry was the real MVP though. I mixed it with the rice and crushed. The sauce wasn't really my vibe, but it wasn't bad. It just not made for my taste buds but can see why others like it.

Food was good but they change portion sizes and what come with the udon compared to 3 months ago. Not worth the price now.

The crispiest most delicious fish I've ever eaten. I loved the salad seasoning and the pasta side dish. I will comeback.

It's an unassuming location but once you step through the doors you're met with ambient lighting, wooden table tops and benches. We arrived around 11 and were greeted immediately; sat within 5 mins. Once sat, you scan the menu to order. There's plenty Korean and Asian fusion dishes to choose from. We ordered a number of things and everything was fresh and plentiful. I'll say the standout was the bulgogi and lemon pepper wings. Also, the fries were stellar! Needless to say we'll definitely be back!

When I walked in, the place was empty. I stood at the "Please wait to be seated" sign for way longer than necessary--especially since there were no other customers. I finally peeked in and saw two employees busy counting receipts and money at the register. (Bad Impression #1). After being seated, I was actually enjoying the music until I felt something sticky on my forearm. It was a stray bean sprout left on the table (Bad Impression #2). To make matters worse, the tables are incredibly low. Even at my height, I had to hunch over the entire time. I eventually gave up on table manners and just held the rice bowl up to my face to eat comfortably. Regarding the food: it was a bit salty. The kimchi fried rice was average, but the kimchi stew really missed the mark. That was the moment I realized this is a fusion spot, not authentic Korean. It wasn't horrible, but it's definitely different from the real thing. BUT, can we talk about the massive portions? (Good Impression #1). Everything is clearly meant to be shared. The service was actually good. They have a buzzer on the table for service, which I loved. It saves you from having to track down a waiter. (Good Impression #2). The ambiance is loud, poppy, and "hip." You better like K-pop if you're coming here. It's not a first-date spot because it's hard to hear each other, but it's a solid place to hang out with friends who like the genre. Will I come back? Not actively. But if someone else suggests it, I won't fight them on it.

I sat there for a minute just smelling it, the jalapeños gave it such a wonderful spicy kick to it. The chicken was crispy, flavorful and so deliciously flaky, the texture was amazing, i was so shocked ! The macaroni was so good too, I've never had cold Mac but it didn't disappoint. The man was very nice and asked if we were enjoying our food, of course i couldn't answer cause i was stuffing my face with mac lol the cabbage had a tasty sauce on it and i tore it up. The chicken katsu also came either a delicious sauce. Do not pour, dip it! Service was pleasant and friendly. She took out offers and within minutes we were seated and served. I had the traditional omurice with a side of fried shrimp. Essentially a ball of rice stuffed with some veggies, protein of choice and then wrapped in an egg. That was the impressive aspect. I don't know how they did it but the egg was fried and wrapped that it almost looked like whipped cream. It was a savory and hearty meal. But I wasn't so moved as to try it again. My companions loved it. To each their own I say. But I can't take anything from it. It was a good experience.

They have quite the menu and offerings but for my visits, I typically stick to their sushi menu. My go-to's have been avocado rolls and veggie rolls and they've always come out super fresh and fast, I also go with the seaweed salad and it barely beats the rolls coming out...I said fast! Each visit and order has been both delicious and filling without leaving me feeling lethargic or slow the rest of the day. Service has also been friendly and attentive to my needs, ensuring that I am satisfied and well taken care of. Short, sweet, and to the point: Little Katana has quickly found its way into my lunch time rotation and I quickly have made my way onto their list of regulars. See ya next time, Little Katana.

On my first trip, the restaurant was so busy there were only three open tables. The second time I went, I chose to go later in the afternoon on a weekday and my friend and I had the place almost completely to ourselves. The atmosphere is very nice here where I think it would be good for a small group or a date. It has the right balance between an intimate classy establishment and a casual meet up place for a few friends. I went around Christmas time and the decor was really cute and not overdone. The food was amazing, and I would say it was reasonably priced. My dad loves this place because of how healthy fish is and that he can eat it with his special diet plan due to medical reasons. I have also tried the crystal roll (no rice), eel, and tuna, all of which were amazing. I absolutely plan on visiting again.
