They have some crisp to them, but they aren't battered. The chicken is tender. Now, the customer service isn't the best. The lady normally sounds like she has an attitude or is in a bad mood if you call to place your order on the phone. Ignore that. That's her personality. When I told him, he said the other customer had taken my food and then proceeded to tell me that I should have spoken up and said it was my order and that now they had to remake it. He became visibly upset with me over a mistake that was not mine. I explained that this is not my restaurant and it is not my responsibility to keep track of other customers' orders. The employee handed that customer the food and allowed him to leave with it without verifying that it was actually his order. There was apparently no system in place to make sure the correct food was being given to the correct customer. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if they simply apologized. What I did not appreciate was being blamed and spoken to as though I had done something wrong because their employee gave my food to the wrong person. That was extremely unprofessional and turned what should have been a simple mistake into a very unpleasant experience.
