Exterior / Interior
On Windy Hill near the Favor Rd / Windy Hill intersection. The food is actually still cooked in a Food Truck. But the brick & mortar building (formerly Herb's Rib Shack) has tables and chairs. There's also a few tables for outdoor dining.
Parking lot is kinda small but I'm not sure how crowded it gets.
Customer Service
Super friendly on the phone and in person. You place your order at one window, they give you a pager, then you go up to get your food once the pager goes off.
When my pager went off, I went a got my food and while I was sitting in the car trying to get situated, another worker came over to knock on my window - telling me I needed to come get my food. I had to explain to him that I already had my food.
Value
Hate to say this, but PRICEY for the amount of food you get. Or maybe I ordered the 'wrong' thing.
Food
I ordered the baked potato with chicken. I really hate to say this, but I didn't love my food. There was a lot of potato, but very little chicken. And the chicken was cold. Well not COLD, but slightly cooler than room temperature. I didnt think they were cooking the chicken to order, but I thought the wait was necessary so they could heat the chicken up on the flat top. No.
The sour cream was also very 'twangy' - but some people might love this. I didn't hate it - but I do feel like the taste of the sour cream overpowered everything else on the dish.
Overall
Overall, I would go back, but I would try another menu item. The customer service was 5 stars, but the food was 1 ... 2 stars. I would never give a small business a rating that low, so I'm settling on 3 stars. read more
