They are always nice never had a problem and they are fast at getting you in out and on your way

I've never had an issue with this redemption center, and I've been going for years. It sure beats depositing cans into a machine one-by-one. They do get really busy sometimes, since so many other redemption centers have closed down, but you can drop your cans off for counting later, I believe, or donate the money to a rotating charity cause. My only issue is that they've been closed some random days when they should have been open, according to their listed hours. read more

I'd give a negative rating if possible. They don't deserve a single star. Been trying to return cans and bottles for 4 days now. Every time I show up there's a note on the door saying closed early due to staffing. Saturday I got lucky, they were open, no one else in the place. Worker saw my big load of returnable and told me e wouldn't count them today. Only option was to leave in the corner and come back next week for my money. Very upset with my recent visit here. I have always had perfect service before this, and have always left a tip because of this, but this time was entirely different. The individual working on 11/07/2023, at 1:45pm, was very short with me and the next person who arrived after me. Also, I always bring in around the same amount of cans every time I come in, 4-5 garbage bags, with approximately 80-90 cans in each, which yields me around $16.00 - $22.00. Once the employee was done sorting/counting my redemptions he handed me $6.15. I asked him if he meant to give me a $20 instead of the $5, and he said no. I told him that doesn't make any sense with the amount of cans I brought in, and he tried to tell me that I only had 123 redemptions, but that he would give me an extra $5.00. I told him that still wouldn't be right, but he refused to give me any more. So I just got cheated out of at least $7.00 -$10.00. Make sure you have a good idea of how many redemptions you are bringing in, and that you verify the count before you leave to make sure it adds up. Very unfortunate this happened, I might have to start going somewhere else from now on. read more

I couldn't do the star rating because they don't have "Negative star ratings. My rating would be negative 5 stars!! Today (06-07-2023) I went in to return 3 bags of bottles and cans, 2 black 30 gal bags and 1 white kitchen (not sure of gallon size) bag. 150 in each black garbage bag and 80 in the white garbage bag, total amount refunded should of been 380 × .06 =$22.80!!!!!!! The EMPLOYEE STOLE/ROBBED ME OF A TOTAL OF $11.35 because the actual amount given to me by the shortest Employee working today 6-7-23 was $11.55. 11.55÷.06=192.5 single cans ????? There were 3 employees on site, 2 came over to help process, the THIEF was 1st to help on my left processed the first bag (white 80 count), then he went over by the register wrote something on the scratch pad??? By now the tall employee went to my right side of work station began to count the other bags (2 black bags 150 count each bag) they finished the count process and told the THIEF his total count heard by me plain as day amount of 191 pcs ???? So I thanked him and proceeded to the register again the THIEF handed me the $11.55???? I start to leave turned around and said they owe me almost twice what he gave me!!! I then gave them the total count of 380, the 3rd employee then spoke up "u counter then beforehand I said yes then he said why didn't u say that to begin with ??? I stated they weren't in clear bags so the had to be sorted and counted re bagged from day 1thats what the policy is !!! He stated no it wasn't I responded that is irrelevant because that guy just gave me 11.55 and it should of been $22.80 and that's why I always count them before I return them 3rd guy responded well there's nothing he could do about it now "WHAT FUCK THAT" !!! ans stated the 2nd employee clearly stated his total count was 191, and that means the THIEF only counted 1.5 pcs cuz by what he gave me that was the remainder after 2nd employee gave the THIEF his total of 191 ?????? I expect to hear from the manager at the very least if not the owner and the rest of my money finally given to me, 1st employee needs to be fired and arrested for stealing from a customer!!!!! read more

I had a mask on, am fully vaccinated, and am a ER Nurse. I just read on your website that masks are required and that there is staff to clean the surfaces after each encounter. Two of the 4 patrons had masks on where the other two did not. The two male staff did not ask them to put one on and they, themselves did not have one on. I asked them about their sign. No answer was given. The one guy said he wasn't going to get into a political argument with me. I said wearing a mask has never been political issue, it is just common sense. He also said he didn't believe the numbers or the government. I said The Delta virus is more deadly, contagious, and on the rise in our county. I said that not only could they become sick, hospitalized, and die, but they could spread this to children unable to be vaccinated as yet. The one guy said sarcastically he doesn't care because when he walks out of the door everyday or drives his car, he could die. I asked him if he wore a seat belt when he drives his car. No answer. He also voiced that he didn't believe the research. I asked him if he spent years being educated as a virologist and working in this field. I wanted to say that it must take years of research to recycle cans but I didn't. This guy didn't seem happy with his job in the first place complaining earlier to the other guy of having to arrive at 9 am with no business and then only to have surges later on so that he could not take a break. So either you mean that patrons and staff must wear a mask while in your establishment or you don't. Make up your mind! Being mask-less and defending it to the public is dangerous and selfish. Please be aware of what it means to be responsible to everyone, staff, families, and the community. Businesses will shut down again as the numbers of Covid cases increase. When staff become ill the result will be no one to work the business. It has been said that if one is not vaccinated, one will get the Delta variant. At least mask up for heaven's sakes! read more
