This happened 3 out of 4 of tne times wee tried to redeem empties here in the last year. Usually with the door locked and the workers inside, saying theyŕe closed at all hours of the day. This place has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. The hours seem to depend on whatever the employees feel like working, and the accuracy of refunds depends entirely on who is behind the counter that day. I always pre-count my bottles and cans and clearly write the amount on each bag for my own reference, so I know exactly what I should be getting back. Sometimes I receive the correct amount, but other times I'm not even close. On one occasion, I was shorted over $20. On top of that, certain employees are rude the moment you walk in and act like customers are an inconvenience, even though handling bottles and cans is literally their job. The inconsistency and attitude have made this place unreliable and frustrating to deal with. read more

They seem friendly to me. It's a bottle redemption center, not the Ritz Carlton. I'd never think to order a cold brew double latte reverse osmosis banana split decaffeinated espresso over crushed ice beverage here, but I appreciate their help with my empty bottles and cans and the beverage containers I return for my clients. I appreciate all the community fundraisers they appear to help with from area schools. read more

I was just there today. Service Wes excellent. I brought in 400 pop bottles and left with $20.00. Great place.

This place is unfriendly and no longer offers 6 cents a bottle, which is the only reason i tolerated them before. They didn't greet me when I came in and I just stood there awkwardly for a good 3 minutes. Finally a man who was not counting anything asked the woman who was counting if she could fit me in next since I only had a small bag of bottles, and she didn't even answer him but kept pulling bags of bottles from behind the counter to count. There used to be cats all over the place that jumped in the beer-soaked bags and then climbed on you but I didn't see them today. But since the wait time is so long and there's no added benefit of getting extra money anymore, just go to Tops down the street. read more

Idk what happened but in the last couple years this place has gone downhill. More often than not you get terrible customer service, they treat people like dirt, and are just miserable! Hours change all the time and even when they are open they lock the door and ignore people that want to utilize their service. I would rather box up all my cans and bottles elsewhere than ever go back there again!! A smile and a greeting goes a long way!! read more

Worst customer service experience ever last week just before closing time I went there to return my bottles was told o were closed come back in the morning mind you it wasn't closing time yet and there open light was on then today go in and my first time there goto out cans up on table she's like theres nobody over there all snotty so I said a few things walked my friend was still in there they didn't wanna return the cans cause they thought they were mine also told my fr that we're not allowed to come there again like that's fine by me but there customer service is horrible and think maybe they should think about hiring more friendly employees I'd rather not even give them the one star but they make ya give a start unimpressed read more
