We were told they had a small truck and a large one for whole households and that we'd be the smaller truck and gave us a quote. Today they showed up, put 4 things on a mostly empty trailer (not truck) and told us that was all they could take. If we wanted to fill the trailer it would be twice as much. It was unbelievable, very misleading. We had them unload the few items and they left (telling us good luck finding anyone else.) They may have gotten good reviews from those who only need a specific item or items taken, but beware of hiring them for anything else. Oh, and by the way, they request to be paid in cash rather than check.

I had been nervous about lifting heavy material up into a dumpster but it was actually the back of a truck, with a ramp, which was a super user-friendly arrangement. (They hauled the first load at short notice and returned with the empty dumpster for that second load.) We could not have done it without them.
