My husband and I just purchased a new home. The process of buying our home did not go smoothly. I had hired the junk king to come with us on our final walk through, to ensure we weren't going to get stuck trying to get rid of someone else's stuff. The closing date had gotten changed 3 times. All of the employees I worked with at the Junk King were very accommodating, understanding, and extremely kind. Which was really wonderful, considering nothing else seemed to be going well. Once we finally closed, sure enough there was a ton of stuff left behind. They gave us an estimate to take to closing with us, and came back the very next day to take it all, even in the pouring rain. There truck was over full and they stuck to there estimate, and all three guys did it with a smile! I'm grateful and will use the junk king again as well as reccomend them to everyone. I had Junk King come to my office and clean out a bunch of junk we needed to get rid of. They called me 20 minutes ahead of time to confirm that they were coming, they looked professional and gave me an excellent quote. I had them do the job right then and there. It only took 30 minutes and they cleaned up after themselves! They came to me when the job was done to make sure I was happy and then left me with a great coupon that I can use for a good discount if I need them again in the future.I was really pleased to hear that they would be able to recycle a lot of what they were taking.
