We had our dumpster delivered sooner than we thought we would be able to, and we appreciate the way they accept payment (when the dumpster is in your possession). However, it was odd to not receive a confirmation email, electronic receipt, text or phone call to check in between the time I ordered it and the drop off. I had to call back and make sure it was set to be delivered the following morning, and had to confirm a time. They do give a window for the dumpster drop off, but it arrived right at the beginning. Best part- you don't have to be there when they come to pick it up as long as you've followed their guidelines!

Easy to say our life is hectic and because of my illness we fell behind on the chores. We were quoted $350 for the job and when the cleaning crew arrived they refused to start unless they got more money so the quote changed to $450 for half the house and $800 for the entire house. We needed help so we agreed on half the house. The workers came to me and asked for cleaning supplies. No one told me I was providing the cleaning supplies or what was needed. So my husband had to run to the store to get the supplies. They worked for 4 hours and we were told they were going to work for 3 hours. They didn't even finish the agreed amount of cleaning. They ended up charging me $600 for an unfinished job and I had to dig through all the trash to get my children's favorite toys only to find they threw out family photos and my ultrasound photos of my most recent child.

ZERO STARS! I am not actually giving the 1 star required to post a review! THEY NEVER SHOWED…read moreUP!!! They never called us, they never answered our calls, nor did they follow up in any way. No apology, no explanation - NO REFUND. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND DISAPPEARED. Myself and another family live 3,000 miles away from our daughters who were college freshman and we were completely reliant upon this company. And they just left the girls waiting for them at 10am, boxes packed and ready to go at the agreed upon date and time. The girls had to move out of their dorms into a storage unit and get on flights home as it was the end of the semester. We paid a 50% deposit and created/executed a contract. The day before the move I called Jorge and he said that he had poor reception and he would call me back. To this day, I have never heard from him or anyone from this company. We had to scramble to find another company! It was awful and very expensive to remedy. Even now, we are still extremely upset and at the very least we would like our money back! An explanation or an apology would also be appreciated.
