My initial thoughts when booking this project with RyCoe were nothing but positive and I truly believe now it was not done on purpose. I have a lot of respect for the way he handled fixing this and I will continue to use RyCoe for future projects. I am extremely satisfied with the end result.. my landscaping looks beautiful. Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed. I had even originally asked if they could just use the landscape paper that I had bought since I already had it and I was told no. I paid for a product and service (that was very expensive) and did not get at ALL what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone.

They really did go above and beyond as one of them took the time to even give me a demonstration on how toilet paper (who knew) is so important in buying the right kind to avoid this problem in the future. They even took the extra time to scope the pipe with a camera to ensure there was nothing else to cause future clogs. As a brand new home owner, this was extremely helpful and meaningful to us!

On the advice of a friend, we contacted Aalco to clean out our residential septic tank. They…read moreseemed to be professional and showed us how we needed extensive service. The cost was 10x what we would have paid for just the septic cleaning but it really looked like we needed it. They completed the actual work but left our lawn a mess! Piles of dirt everywhere and when we called to complain, they were not helpful at all. Upon fixing the lawn ourselves, we found that they threw the old septic parts into the piles they left. These parts would have caused extensive damage to our lawn mower and someone could have gotten hurt. Only after all of this did we find out that the drivers/servicemen work on a commission basis! Now we really doubt all of the repairs they did. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR RESIDENTIAL WORK!!!!!!!!! At the very least, do not trust that they will return your lawn to normal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - we wish we had!
