Refusing to refund and because you pre-authorize your debit card, the banks can't dipute it unless Casella answers the phone, which they don't. 3 months of being billed $172, and they don't see their own billing error and told me I was at fault for it being unpaid. Let's not forget your office lady the first time said it had to be aimed up the road so it can be dumped in a certain order and when I said the truck goes back down the road she changed it to "the truck can't back in there without getting stuck" and when I said "we've had a truck in there the same time as this for the last decade" she had nothing to say and said "well the boss" and yes I wasn't dealing with stupidity anymore which is what lead me to you and I seen it right away. I seen what it took to work at Elmore even if you're a kid. Which is why I told you to remove it and that was it.just so the stories are straight. For future STAFF and customers can you the owner post the legal documents of said threats! I'll gladly debunk any allegations you have. Any real business owner would take that seriously correct? I've not once to date heard of such allegations. So please post the evidence you need to prove anyone said such a thing. It'll be great for the review. I'd also like to correct you again! You never spoke to me about a payment on anything and you never called me one time. I'll go over my call history with you if you'd like. The only person who spoke about a payment was my wife so you'd be accusing her with making threats with that accusation so you'd better get your stories straight! The only time you've ever spoken to me was when I told you to remove your dumpster or I'd do it and the only time I spoke to your employee before that was a week before when she was babbling on the phone trying to come up with something and I hung up and waited till I spoke with you. We were told they had a small truck and a large one for whole households and that we'd be the smaller truck and gave us a quote. Today they showed up, put 4 things on a mostly empty trailer (not truck) and told us that was all they could take. If we wanted to fill the trailer it would be twice as much. It was unbelievable, very misleading. We had them unload the few items and they left (telling us good luck finding anyone else.) They may have gotten good reviews from those who only need a specific item or items taken, but beware of hiring them for anything else. Oh, and by the way, they request to be paid in cash rather than check.
