They bought out our old garbage company, that previous company would unhook our garbage cans…read morebecause there are animals that will take said garbage, not Casella, they leave the straps on, so on garbage nights we unhook our garbage cans and hope for the best. But now, they announce they "changed" the garbage day, but really stopped getting the garbage at all, after 2 and a half weeks we called, they came and took only the garbage, left the recycling, it's the 3rd week and they still haven't come. It's 3:00 pm, I'm walking around my block, seeing garbage cans with the Casella stickers still aren't touched, with bags piling up. What are y'all doing???

My trash has always been picked up on time. After collecting my trash during high winds last week, the guys moved the can away from the road on their own. Because of the address discrepancy, I didn't even put garbage out for pickup. I eventually went online and made a payment, only to be told that payment was applied toward the bill for the incorrect address--their error--where no trash was ever picked up. So essentially, I'm being expected to pay for service at an address I didn't request, where no service was provided, because of a mistake on their end. Very professional. To top it off, the receptionist, Christine, is extremely slow to respond, if she chooses to, and when responses do come through, the amount of typos and lack of professionalism is honestly pretty shocking for a business

Drive around and see how many of their dumpsters are on the ditch lines because of their incompetent Drivers. Redline was a good company till Elmore took over and redline didn't succeed because they lacked drivers Just like Elmore. Take your business elsewhere. youll thank me later. Let the reviews speak for themselves! People can't get ahold of the owner or their employees on the phone for business but if you leave a review he'll answer in 15 minutes. I'll add we've had dumpsters placed in the place I had it for years until redline sold to Elmore and never once had a problem with placement till kids came to my residence. My father in law is also the town supervisor and even he had to move his dumpster personally more than a few times because it was moving closer to the road. I'll gladly give you his number if you need someone to talk to about the placement of the dumpsters being a problem for the town and a safety for everyday drivers because I'll guarantee just like your baseless threat accusations you're telling another story. The previous owner has been in the garbage business for decades. They've never had a problem placing a dumpster without a scratch. I can also show you a dozen more rentals you have with trees even closer. You're a trash business and wanna blame anything you can off that pun intended. Most people come to redline assuming the previous owners still own it which is why all those containers you're proud of still say redline and not Elmore. Thats what I did and it was a joke from the start . Let's not forget your office lady the first time said it had to be aimed up the road so it can be dumped in a certain order and when I said the truck goes back down the road she changed it to "the truck can't back in there without getting stuck" and when I said "we've had a truck in there the same time as this for the last decade" she had nothing to say and said "well the boss" and yes I wasn't dealing with stupidity anymore which is what lead me to you and I seen it right away. I seen what it took to work at Elmore even if you're a kid. Which is why I told you to remove it and that was it.just so the stories are straight. For future STAFF and customers can you the owner post the legal documents of said threats! I'll gladly debunk any allegations you have. Any real business owner would take that seriously correct? I've not once to date heard of such allegations. So please post the evidence you need to prove anyone said such a thing. It'll be great for the review. I'd also like to correct you again! You never spoke to me about a payment on anything and you never called me one time. I'll go over my call history with you if you'd like. The only person who spoke about a payment was my wife so you'd be accusing her with making threats with that accusation so you'd better get your stories straight! The only time you've ever spoken to me was when I told you to remove your dumpster or I'd do it and the only time I spoke to your employee before that was a week before when she was babbling on the phone trying to come up with something and I hung up and waited till I spoke with you. I'm so glad I left a review. If I would have done it sooner I probably could have saved a lot of headaches.
