They have a tricky billing system - 3 months in advance. If you are late they put you on " suspension". What ever this means. If you make the payment late then you go on suspension, and they dont pick up . Even if you make the payment and they dont pickup they will not credit you for non pick up. There is zero notification of this policy. Even for the senior billing. We paid 77 for 3 months it was a few days late. They did not pick up. We have paid in July in full but they will not refund for week they did not pick up. because we were on " suspension". Pretty rude and unhelpful customer service folks. What started out as what seemed like a very easy process, has turned into an ordeal based off an exclusion of information with the rental phone call. The only pickup information shared were the rental dates; nothing concerning pick-up requirements. Only after the dumpster was full and someone came to retrieve it, were we told we need to make sure all items were below the height of the walls. Understandable only after explained why, but the information should have been provided prior to pick up. As someone who has never had a roll off; I do not know the retrieval process and was not prepared for that. Upon speaking to the person on the phone, he spoke to me as if I was a liar, as well as I should have known as it is common knowledge on how all this works. Now they are charging me for a second dumpster in order to accommodate what could have been avoided with proper instructions. Disappointed as a result and feeling overcharged. read more

Double the price of when it was Fosters. Switched price with notice AFTER the fact. Need to give notice to customers BEFORE a price change so the customer can make the decision to stay or not. read more
