We were able to set up automatic billing so we didn't have to worry about payment, and the office staff were very friendly and helpful. Though we didn't use a climate-controlled unit her stuff stayed clean and dry. The facility is well-lit and feels safe even at night; it is also well-maintained in the winter. The location is very convenient for us and we'll definitely recommend these folks to others and use them again ourselves if we find ourselves needing another unit.

Not only do they not tell you or inform or post outside how to properly close your account, but they also refuse to admit their own wrongdoing. SHE ALSO WILL NOT GIVE A NUMBER FOR CONTACTING ANYONE ELSE. Despite admitting fault, HERNANDEZ refuses to rectify the situation or displaying a stunning lack of empathy towards struggling college students like myself.
